Best Segway Tour 8/29/2011

Sorry to see the negative reviews. I was just down here and went on a 90 minute segway tour and our tour guide Trevor was fantastic. He was so informative and helpful in learning how to ride those things. We had a blast. We had so much fun I just had to give him a bigger gratuity then I would normally do. I understand that they are instituting new customer service guidelines so don't write them off yet. The new owners havent been there that long and I are working on making everything a lot smoother. more

Worst Customer Service ever! 8/10/2011

The kayaking experience was nice, but I had a horrible experience afterwards. One of the guys that work there dropped my keys in the water & the guy behind the counter - LUCIANO - was so rude & obnoxious with a reply ""what do you want me to do, jump in the water?"" They did absolutely nothing to help me get my keys out & we were stranded for almost 3 hours waiting for a ride to pick us up! They have zero customer service & I will NEVER go back there ever again... more

Don't use them, buy their coupons, or take ur family here 4/10/2011

I live down the street so I thought it would be an advantage to purchase multiple vouchers from Newport Fun Tours. I bought 5 not knowing that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to book. Between my sister and I, 7 phone calls, followed by an email to the owner expressing how horrible the reservation line is, I finally got a reservation. The owner was able to booked me a night ride for 4:30pm more
