With all the negative reviews here and on Yelp it's hard to believe they are still in business. Our adventure was really bad. This company seems to be operating under two different names - Newport Fun Tours and or Balboa Fun Tours. Strange that the address listed here is different than yelp. And the address on their we page is different than either of the previous and then Groupon has still a 4th address.
Their Balboa building is really dredfull in the front of their building - really did not want to enter. Customer service SUCKS. For a tour company it should be fun. All we got at the front counter was where is your groupon ticket - fill out the forms on the IPad and lastly "wait outside"!
Zero parking available. So upset, we requested Groupon to refund our ticket discount payments.
There are lots of beach rental equipment available in Newport Beach so please look elsewhere!
