I tried New Ginza after the fabulous reviews I read, and I was not disppointed! The food is delicious, be it sashimi, maki rolls, california rolls, noodles, everything. I've dined there 4 times so far and have never made a reservation and never really needed to. We were always seated pretty quickly, I think the longest wait I had was 10 minutes. The staff is very curteous, and very attentive. I've only been there on Thursday-Saturday night, and our food was always fresh. I think this place is moderately priced, but worth it for the freshness, selection, staff attitude, and general atmosphere and dinner experience. The tables generally seat 2-4, and about 15 seats are available at the sushi bar.
Pros: Prompt seating, fresh food, great selection
Cons: Parking's sometimes iffy.
