I think a mistake was made from the previous post. The waitresses in New Ginza NEVER wear kimonos. They wear white shirt, tie, and black pants all the time since the very beginning. rocca44 must have been to a wrong place and it may be the Ginza at Brookline or China Town. The waitresses of these two restaurants WEAR kimonos! The New Ginza (in Watertown) is different from them and that?s why they called themselves New Ginza. My wife and I are regular customers of this restaurant and we found that it is one of the best Japanese restaurants in town and in term of service they are the best I think. We always go there for lunch (we just had lunch there today!) and we found the waitresses are all very nice and friendly. They are always there to serve you whenever you need them. I also notice that they always check and refill your cup of tea or water before it becomes empty. Is it great service or what! Foods are always fresh and delicious! Highly recommended!!
