Our project manager did a spectacular job of creating a masterpiece in our home. We were impressed by his innovation, attention to detail and precision. Their showroom helped provide confidence in products and decide what features to include in our project. Their business is first class every step of the way. Working with New Face Kitchens took what sounded like a very scary process – a total kitchen remodel – and made it fun. From the first minute I walked into the showroom door to the very last phone call the staff at New Face Kitchens was friendly and competent, always providing great customer service. Karen’s design, of course, was magical. She listened to our “wants” and drew up plans for a fabulous new kitchen, all in a very creative way. Her final design gave us the courage to go forward. Bill engineered Karen’s design down to the infinite detail, assuring us that everything could all be implemented in the way we had hoped, even within the confines and restrictions of a condominium. Throughout the construction process, our master carpenter was a joy to work with, and a true gentleman. Because of his extensive skill and experience, he offered us additional suggestions as the work progressed, all of which added to the quality of the finished product. When we discovered later a problem with a cabinet door, they immediately analyzed the situation and quickly we had the perfect solution. Of course, we realize many other people worked behind the scenes and thank you to all of you! We love our new kitchen! more

It was a delight to have you do our bathrooms. They turned out beautiful. I love the cabinets, and I don’t know how I lived without the wonderful soft closing drawers. No more slamming cabinets! Not being the greatest at designing my own bathrooms, I got a lot of help from your friendly staff. Your designer was wonderful helping me put together the colors and design. When I needed changes, she was on top of it. She was wonderful guiding me through this project. And with so many different colors of tiles, your tile designer was a great help in that department. Then when all that was put together, you gave us a wonderful contractor. He did a great job. Nice, sweet young man that we felt safe leaving him in charge of our bathrooms and home. We have a few things after the job was done that needed taken care of and he was on it until it got done. When I need work done again, I will be calling you. You have high quality cabinets with a high quality staff. A pleasure doing business with you. more

We would like to express our thanks for a great kitchen reface. It transformed our outdated kitchen into a beautiful workspace that we love! NFKS certainly delivered what was promised and more. The final product shows your dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and quality workmanship. Throughout the project, your company listened to what we wanted to accomplish and made great recommendations to improve functionality within the kitchen. In addition, Brandy’s help in selecting our beautiful granite countertops and tile backsplash to match our cabinets was invaluable. Most importantly, we want to say how much we appreciate our installer. Having your kitchen torn up for several weeks is a hassle, but he made it seem much less so. Keeping the dishwasher hooked up as much as possible was a major plus for the family. He suggested that we have NFKS build vertical dividers into the cabinet above our refrigerator instead of purchasing premade wire versions. This simple recommendation resulted in the single most functional addition to our kitchen. We also like the counter mounted disposal button and his suggestion to round off the corners of the granite countertop by the cook top. Finally, he made every effore to keep us informed of the progress and left the work area clean and tidy when he left for the day. The whole process was a very positive experience for us. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend NFKS. The next time we remodel, NFKS will be our choice. more

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my kitchen reface. It may have been just a reface, but the end result was a brand new kitchen for me. From the moment your company entered my home the job was handled with wonderful professionalism. The designer sat and actually listened to what I was looking for, making a few suggestions that enhanced the final result. Your engineer measured and made sure that all details agreed to were incorporated into his process. I loved your installer/project manager. I could tell by his manner and his care of everything around him that he loves working with his hands and the finished project shows just how much he does care. This was the one room in my home that painting could not take care of. It’s now one of the best rooms in my home. Thank you all for such a wonderful job. more

In 2 short years my kitchen is not holding up. I am very, very disappointed with New Face Kitchens/Signature Cabinets. The paint is picking off with the flick of a finger nail. VERY BAD QUALITY more

I was highly disappointed with the entire job. They were messy, they made a lot of mistakes that I had to point out to them and then now only 2 years later, the paint is not holding up. They must use cheap paint because the paint is popping off of the wood. The paint did not adhere to the wood like paint should. You can lift it with your fingernail. This kitchen is falling apart in only 2 years of careful use. Now they are hiding behind their warranties instead of doing the right thing and fixing it. I used Signature Cabinets/New Face Kitchens, Bellevue, WA for my kitchen remodel. They were expensive but I thought I would get great quality with that extra expense. Please do not use Signature Cabinets/New Face Kitchens or you will be very sorry you did. more

Getting accurate information up front about pricing was impossible. Everything was vague, with answers to questions and details deferred until non-refundable deposit was made. So many mistakes and omissions were made, it's hard to believe it wasn't by design. And, it was like pulling teeth just to get a copy of the contract to review before signing. What are they trying to hide? If you have unlimited budget and are comfortable not knowing what you are buying until after you've committed, these are the people for you. more
