I was highly disappointed with the entire job. They were messy, they made a lot of mistakes that I had to point out to them and then now only 2 years later, the paint is not holding up. They must use cheap paint because the paint is popping off of the wood. The paint did not adhere to the wood like paint should. You can lift it with your fingernail. This kitchen is falling apart in only 2 years of careful use. Now they are hiding behind their warranties instead of doing the right thing and fixing it. I used Signature Cabinets/New Face Kitchens, Bellevue, WA for my kitchen remodel. They were expensive but I thought I would get great quality with that extra expense. Please do not use Signature Cabinets/New Face Kitchens or you will be very sorry you did.
