Working with New Face Kitchens took what sounded like a very scary process – a total kitchen remodel – and made it fun. From the first minute I walked into the showroom door to the very last phone call the staff at New Face Kitchens was friendly and competent, always providing great customer service.
Karen’s design, of course, was magical. She listened to our “wants” and drew up plans for a fabulous new kitchen, all in a very creative way. Her final design gave us the courage to go forward.
Bill engineered Karen’s design down to the infinite detail, assuring us that everything could all be implemented in the way we had hoped, even within the confines and restrictions of a condominium.
Throughout the construction process, our master carpenter was a joy to work with, and a true gentleman. Because of his extensive skill and experience, he offered us additional suggestions as the work progressed, all of which added to the quality of the finished product.
When we discovered later a problem with a cabinet door, they immediately analyzed the situation and quickly we had the perfect solution.
Of course, we realize many other people worked behind the scenes and thank you to all of you!
We love our new kitchen!
