My heater was acting up so I called a co. out of the phone book. The tech came out with no testing equipment. Within 20 minutes he was telling me I needed a new $4,200.00 heater. I was very upset. Thankfully I said I would think about it. Next day I called New Age. The tech arrived & diagnosed the problem. He said I needed a small part & the bill would be a little over $200.00. What a joy to find an honest co. like new age. Not only did I get my heater fixed, I signed up for a yearly service contract to have them come out 2x a year to check & clean my unit. I am so glad to find an honest co. that cares about their clients. The techs that they sent out were very nice clean & respectful THANK YOU NEW AGE
