My experience with New Age was both good and frustrating. The good part was they were professional and prompt. My issue appears to be resolved. Both the customer service representative and the field technician were very good. I'd give them both high ratings. The reason my overall rating is low is because of the price they charged. It cost $370 for less than an hour of work and the materials used look like the cost about $50. That's where my frustration comes from.
