This was my first time using Nashville Carpet Center and overall it was a great experience. We dealt with Lee Luster on the sale. He was very nice, helpful, and not pushy.
They installed the carpet in one of our rooms. They explained the whole process to me. This included removing and recycling the older carpet. The installer arrived when he said he would. He was thorough, careful and very polite.
