Speedy Repair Services and Professional Work 8/31/2011

I went to Oak Lawn Mazda to get an oil change and I was very impressed with the service I received. I was expecting the service to be quite haphazard since we were at the dealership, however, the repair staff were very welcoming and they also took great care of my car. The oil change didn't take long at all and I the price I paid for the change was quite reasonable as well. All in all, a great experience and I'll definitely be going back! more

Very Professional Repair Center 8/29/2011

I went to Oak Lawn Mazda to get a 60K Service check and they have, by far, the most friendliest staff to deal with. Not only were the staff members extremely pleasant, they also were highly professional. The service is fast and the rates are also very reasonable. I'm glad I went to Oak Lawn Mazda and will definitely be going back there for my 90K Service check as well! more

I tend to do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions when I purchase a car, so I have to credit the very patient sales representative that was helping me with the purchase of my new Mazda3 Sedan! This was the first time I dealt with a sales representative that was both knowledgeable and took their time to show me around the various features of the vehicle as well. The representative was also able to give me fair comparisons of this vehicle to other sedans, which, in the end, helped me decide on the Mazda for my vehicle. This is a great place to buy a car, with fair prices and wonderful sales representatives. I?m happy I went here! more

I was looking for a high-quality pre-owned Mazda5-door, but I also needed one that came at a great price. My uncle recommended Oak Lawn Mazda to me, and when I called in and asked about their vehicles, the dealership sounded very promising, which is why I decided to go and check out the dealership. The staff members at Oak Lawn Mazda are very friendly people and my sales representative was helpful and even showed me financing options that made the car quite affordable. Huge Inventory with Affordable Vehicles 7/21/2011

I was looking for both competitive rates and a dealership that had a vast inventory of Mazda CX-7?s to choose from, and a friend recommended Oak Lawn Mazda. Sure enough, when I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly (not pushy) sales representative who was able to take me through their collection of CX-7 vehicles, providing me with details and information about the car as well. I was able to test-drive and discuss financing options with my salesperson at the same time as well. Needless to say, after seeing the large selection of vehicles at great rates, I decided to purchase my car at Oak Lawn Mazda. I would highly recommend this dealership . more

Good Dealership to Go To 6/29/2011

I was interested in a Mazda CX-7 and I saw a couple of cards independently, but I went to Oak Lawn Mazda to check out their inventory. They had a wide selection of CX-7 vehicles and they were in fantastic condition. An additional plus of the dealership was the financing options and plans they came up with, as it made the CX-7 I was interested in very affordable and I was able to make my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family, particularly because they have a great selection of inventory. more

The rates at their Collision Center are great! 6/28/2011

I was surprised to see how great the rates were at Oak Lawn Mazda's repair center when I went in to have my tires aligned. They were certainly competitive to other local mechanics and the job that they do is a high quality, professional one. I would highly recommend their Center to anyone who is looking for a repair job on their car, as their rates are great and the service people are very professional and friendly. more

Purchasing a Car from Here is Simple 6/24/2011

Buying my CX-7 from Oak Lawn Mazda was probably one of the smoothest experiences I've had in purchasing a car. The sales representatives know the vehicles inside and out and the provide you with great servicing options, packages and financing to make your car really affordable. I was able to drive out with my new CX-7 within two weeks. I would definitely recommend this dealership. more

Wonderful Collision Center to Work With! 5/31/2011

I noticed a fair number of scratches on my car one morning and I was looking to have them fixed for a relatively low price. I decided to go to Oak Lawn Mazda, as I had initially purchased my car from there and the maintenance staff was just as friendly as my sales representative was when I was buying my car! They were able to fix my car to perfection and they also did the job at a very competitive price. I'm happy with my decision to go to Oak Lawn Mazda's Collision Center and should I ever need any maintenance again in the future, they will be the first place I go to. more

I was very happy with my experience at Oak Lawn Mazda and the exceptional sales service made all the difference in the world. I went into the dealership looking to test drive a Mazda 4 door Sedan and a sales representative was able to help me out almost immediately. On my test drive, the sales person relayed a lot of information about the cars features and also got into a little detail about the financing options for the car as well. The entire process was very smooth, and I was able to drive out with my new Mazda after just ten days. This is a very reliable dealership and you should check it out if you're looking for a Mazda. more

Got my Mazda3 at a Really Good Price! 5/24/2011

When I went to Oak Lawn Mazda, one of the biggest things I was looking at was competitiveness in pricing for the vehicle. I saw a few independent offers for the car, however, I wanted to check out the dealership before I made my final decision. When I reached the dealership and told the salesperson exactly what I was looking for, he was able to create a financing plan for me that made the vehicle extremely affordable, not to mention, he added a maintenance package to my plan as well. It was an easy decision for me to make, and two weeks later, I drove out of Oak Lawn Mazda with my new car. more

Knowledgeable Sales Representatives 4/29/2011

I was interesting in purchasing a Mazda 5 and I went to the Oak Lawn Mazda dealership with just the research I did online about the car. I am extremely grateful to the sales representative who was dealing with me, mainly because he was able to point out many features and characteristics of the car that I hadn't noticed or read online before. He also made the purchase an easy one because of the financing plan he drew up for me. Friendly and Helpful Staff 4/28/2011

I went to Oak Lawn Mazda for the first time to get the driver's seat belt fixed and unlike a number of repair places I went to, I was able to get someone to help me as soon as I entered. I needed the seat belt fixed relatively quick and the Oak Lawn Mazda repair center was able to do that for me, with a fair price as well. All in all, I was pleased with the experience at Oak Lawn Mazda, especially how friendly the staff members were. more

A Stress-Free Experience 4/19/2011

I was searching for Mazda5's in my area and Oak Lawn Mazda seemed to have the most inventory online. When I went to the dealership, the staff were surprisingly quite friendly and weren't forceful or trying hard to 'sell' me. My sales representative asked me exactly what I was looking for in a car and he was able to give me a fair comparison on the Mazda5. The financing and paperwork process was also completed relatively quickly without much hassle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a Mazda with the least amount of stress possible. more

Happy With the Rate I Got 3/30/2011

I went to Oak Lawn Mazda to get an oil change, and I expected the job to be quite expensive, considering it was a repair center that was part of a dealership as opposed to a private mechanic. I was pleased to see how affordable the rates were for the oil change and the staff members were also very agreeable to deal with. I have never been to Oak Lawn Mazda up until that point but I will be checking in with them whenever I need any repairs on my car. It doesn't hurt that the job that they do is a fast one and it's also done well! more

Wonderful dealership with lots of inventory 3/29/2011

One of the reasons I went to Oak Lawn Mazda is that a co-worker mentioned that they had immense inventory when it came to the Mazda CX-9. I was actually quite impressed with this dealership in regards to the inventory as they did have a number of cars that were in stock. In addition to that, their customer service is also phenomenal. A test drive was booked for me in no time and the staff was knowledgeable about the car. After discussing financing options with my sales rep, purchasing the car was an easy decision for me to make. I would definitely recommend this dealership. more

Surprisingly Good Rates 3/25/2011

I needed to have my ignition system checked when I was having problems with my Mazda5. Making the decision to go to Oak Lawn Mazda's Collision Center was the best one I ever made! I initially called the Center before going on to get an estimate and was surprised to see how affordable their rates were. When I finally took the car in, I was extremely happy with the service I received from the maintenance guys and my car was working perfectly after. If I have any problems in the future, I'll be going to Oak Lawn Mazda first! more

Wonderful Dealership - Highly Recommended 2/28/2011

I couldn't decide between an Honda CR-V and a Mazda CX-7 and I did an enormous amount of research on both cars and I still couldn't come to a final decision. In the end, I decided to go try both cars out for a test drive and my experience at Oak Lawn Mazda was phenomenal from the start. I didn't expect the sales representative to first, book me a test-drive on the same day and also give me an honest comparison for both cars (he knew about the Honda as much as the Mazda!) A test drive and an awesome package negotiation later, I signed for my new Mazda. You need to go to this dealership if you're purchasing a Mazda! more

Great dealership with reasonable rates 2/25/2011

I was looking to purchase a Mazda CX-7 and I was looking at both dealership rates and individual buyers for the car. I decided to check out Oak Lawn Mazda to see if they had better rates. When I walked into the dealership, I told the sales guy what I wanted and he was able to show me not just one, but a few cars that went well with my budget and were in fantastic condition as well. It was an easy purchase decision to make in the end and if I'm ever interested in purchasing another Mazda, I'll be going to this dealership first. more

One of the Best in Customer Service 2/22/2011

I went to Oak Lawn Mazda?s repair shop when my Tribute?s brakes were acting up and I was getting a little worried for my safety. I drove my Tribute to Oak Lawn Mazda and they told me that the reason for my brakes acting up was that my braking pads were almost completely worn out. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The speed with which they got the job done was phenomenal. The minor downside was that the price was a little higher than expected, however, I was very happy with the level of service and I will definitely be going back. more
