This is the second time that Shawn Elliot was at my home. The first was for a conversion to natural gas and the second was to install a vented window in my boiler room. I just had service man Jon Grella from NH Ross to my house to fix my oven. I can't say how pleased I am enough with the service, professionalism and knowledge Jon had shown to me. My oven was not working at all and being so close to the holidays I was quite worried it wouldn't be fixed in time. Well to my surprise Jon not only was able to fix my oven but he actually had the parts on his truck and was able to fix it that same day. Within 30 minutes to be precise. Wow! I love Jon and NH Ross. Hello, My name is Anna Colosi and I have just had NH Ross and technician Jon Grella at my house to check my refrigerator. Jon was very professional, knowledgable and neat. He took the time to explain to me what he had checked on my refrigerator and what I could look out for in the future. He even gave me some good tips to help it run better. I have never had a service professional take the time to explain what he was doing and never ever gave me tips that could save me money. A company like NH Ross with technicians like Jon Grella should be praised more for the good job they are doing. I will definitely not hesitate calling them back to take care of all my appliances and HVAC systems int he future. Re: Jon Grella Extremely knowledgable young man. Explained problem and how he would fix it. Excellent company Representative. Told me about dangers of rubber hoses etc. Quoted me prices on all the various Packages since my appliances are 15 years old. Was never pushy. Very courteous . You,ve got a winner. I most certainly will buy a washer & dryer through Ross, but only if Jon is The guy on the job. more

I would rate the work done to install a new ac unit in the attic and outside as 6 stars! Shawn E. and his helper Martin did a fantastic installation in a small attic accessible through small closet ceiling. They worked for 6.5 hours, with very few breaks. Shawn did himself proud with his steady hand, organization of steps, and just plain talent. I truly recommend Shawn to friends for his experience and clear knowledge of plumbing and refrigeration. (I might add that I had a very good experience another time with another specialist Keith.) Shawn was terrific, and I recommend him without reservation. more

Shawn is a professional of the highest caliber. He zeroed in on my ac problem and proposed a variety of directions we could go. He knew my equipment as if he had built it. He suggested replacing the pan, shifting the unit till level, ..etc. He patiently took me through the parts of the ac. He at first thought that the pan could be replaced. But the cost was about 25% of a complete new unit and there was a small freon leak. We arranged for him to try the pan change. After he consulted with other Ross pros and priced the alternatives it was clear I needed a new system. Shawn was steady in his support of what should be done (subject to my financial constraints). Calm , great worker, neat, a pleasure to deal with him. I'm expecting some details about the cost later today) more
