Hello,
My name is Anna Colosi and I have just had NH Ross and technician Jon Grella at my house to check my refrigerator. Jon was very professional, knowledgable and neat. He took the time to explain to me what he had checked on my refrigerator and what I could look out for in the future. He even gave me some good tips to help it run better. I have never had a service professional take the time to explain what he was doing and never ever gave me tips that could save me money. A company like NH Ross with technicians like Jon Grella should be praised more for the good job they are doing.
I will definitely not hesitate calling them back to take care of all my appliances and HVAC systems int he future.
Thanks again Jon Grella and NH Ross for making this rather annoying process somewhat pleasant.
