I just had service man Jon Grella from NH Ross to my house to fix my oven. I can't say how pleased I am enough with the service, professionalism and knowledge Jon had shown to me. My oven was not working at all and being so close to the holidays I was quite worried it wouldn't be fixed in time. Well to my surprise Jon not only was able to fix my oven but he actually had the parts on his truck and was able to fix it that same day. Within 30 minutes to be precise. Wow! I love Jon and NH Ross. Thank you for saving my Thanksgiving.
