Shawn is a professional of the highest caliber. He zeroed in on my ac problem and proposed a variety of directions we could go. He knew my equipment as if he had built it. He suggested replacing the pan, shifting the unit till level, ..etc. He patiently took me through the parts of the ac. He at first thought that the pan could be replaced. But the
cost was about 25% of a complete new unit and there was a small freon leak. We arranged for him to try the pan change. After he consulted with other Ross pros and priced the alternatives it was clear I needed a new system. Shawn was steady in his support of what should be done (subject to my financial constraints). Calm , great worker, neat, a pleasure to deal with him. I'm expecting some details about the cost later today)
