I really wanted to be a fan of this place, but, unfortunately I can not. The website is fantastic, and user friendly to say the least. Kids love it, due to the ease of use, and the number of choices trhey have to choose a customized design. But, I ordered customized shorts for my daughters High School Softball team, as well as her travel team, and all decals came off, and landed in the washer during the first wash. That was one order I placed. Being optimistic, I gave them one more shot, and was left dissapointed again. Same iron on decals fall off in washer again......... But most dissapointing of all, was that the sweatshirt I orderd, that was supposed to be the 80/20 cotton, shows up as a 50/50 and cheap as can be....... Thin, small to size and just a complete dissapointment........ Hate to be negative, because I really do like everything else, with regards to this site, and the options thaey give consumers. But, at the end of the day, too many dissapointments equals, shop elsewhere........... more

I needed 10 personalized golf polos for a charity event and needed them last minute. It was a Friday and I needed them delivered by the following Thursday. I called a handful of places and was told there was no possible way to get personalized, embroidered polos with that kind of short notice. I called MyLocker and explained my predicament. They worked with me very closely over phone and by email to get the shirts exactly right. Not only did they get them to me on time, but they arrived a day early!! They look amazing. Exactly as described. I will definately be using this company for my company's needs in the future. Very impressed with their level of customer service. more

Some of the complaints on this site about My Locker seem rediculous! I have been a customer for years and they are great. Order every year- fall and spring. There have been a mistake here or there, but I am quite sure the machines (for lack of a better term) are run by humans! They always replaced or offered a comp. Very friendly customer service, even better accounting department. I was double charged once, and the controller really went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of of. Very pleasant on the phone, you can tell she loves her job! She even remembers me...six months later and its my understanding its a pretty big company. I would highly reccommend ordering from My Locker!!!!!!!! more

For Christmas I ordered a Royal blue sweatsuit for my child customized with name and town on it. The sweatjpants were royal blue but the zippered hoodie was navy blue. I have been trying to contact them to get this fixed but after reading reviews I have a feeling they are going to tell me that they can't always match the color ordered. If their Quality Control had bothered to look at the order and matched it to what was put together they would have been able to catch it before shipping. I refuse to pay for a new one, I paid $72.50 and didn't get what I ordered. I will never order from them ever again and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. I will now go local so that I can verify that the color I ordered is actually what I get. more

I purchased a custom sweatshirt for my son as a Christmas gift. When I received the item, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the logo. The logo had a faded washed out look, not the crisp clean look they advertise on their website. I call MyLocker and they instructed me to send pictures of my items, as I did. I also submitted an image from their website to clearly show the difference in the logo. They replied, since they're a custom shop, there's nothing they could do. I should also mention, the colors in the logo on their website, ended up being different on the finished product. Bottom line, they don't produce, what you design on their website and they won't stand behind their mistakes. more

Ok. I must admit, my husband & I were reluctant to order from this company based on reviews. We were wrong! We ordered a hoodie sweatshirt for our son with the school name on the front & name & football number on the back. The company sent a confirmation email right after the purchase. A few days later I received another email with the progress of the order. The emails were quite funny! Then I received a final email with the tracking number once the order was shipped out. Im not sure why other reviewers say their purchase order was terrible. The hoodie came exactly as printed & is quality material! WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE PURCHASE! Like an moron I did not listen to the bad reviews or bad BBB rating, well I paid for it . On a positive note there website is very user friendly lots to choose from. Shipped fast. Negative, Colors on print HORRIBLE Yellow looks like its 15 years old, the black from the sweat shirt shows through. The # its so high you will never see it with the hood being there. Size, I ordered 2 sizes up thank god because this hardly fits him . Gonna be a one time wear kind of thing. Like there logo says don't wash it buy a new one YES I will from somewhere else. Honestly do not buy your stuff from this store you will not be happy. more

I recently placed an order with mylocker.net and here are a list of my positive and negatives with the experience: Negatives: Computer server glitch on their end caused my order not to go through, however I was still charged Getting the money reimbursed to replace the order took around 5 days The product (9 jackets and a t-shirt) all arrived stuffed in one bag so the product was wrinkled One of the jackets arrived with dirt covering the front The embroidering is stitched on to a white backing that is not cut out for each letter so the white backing shows through the white clothing. Very cheap looking but not a cheap cost. Embroidery was a litte bunching on one of the jackets. It can still be read, but is noticeable Positives: The customer service reps are very nice when dealing with issues Received a $9 promo code ( a little more than 1% compared to the order amount, but something) for the computer glitch issue. Product arrived in less than 3 weeks. Product embroidery came as typed on the computer. More than likely will not order from mylocker.net again. Lem more

Ordered my son a hoodie and tee-shirt with his school name on the front, and first name and number on the back (4 characters total on back). Like a fool I paid the $76, that's right, $76!!!! The material is thin and cheap, and it's about 4 sizes too small! I measured him before ordering and when I called them they said they run small. Gee thanks! They offered me half off to order AGAIN, at which point I hung up. That is what it should have cost to begin with, now that I've felt how thin and cheap their material feels. SHOP AROUND!! Just because your school suggests them doesn't mean you should use them. Should have listened to the other parents. Shame on me. more

I ordered several shirts, sweatshirts and a hat with my son's school football designs on them. I got a free t-shirt so that was a nice bonus. I found the process fun and easy. I got an email (hilarious by the way!) following the order and another when it shipped. I got my package seven days including the weekend after I ordered. My son is very happy and I would recommend this website. more

I placed 4 orders with them. The first three came back fine. The fourth was clearly NOT what I ordered or approved. The receipt that came in the box even stated that the embroidery was to be in BLACK and white. It came back only in white. Now I have three hats that match and one oddball. I e-mailed a couple of times during their business hours (they say they immediately respond by e-mail during business hours...not true!). No responses. I finally called, and they say that those embroidery colors were listed on every receipt whether someone ordered them or not. That those words had nothing to do with what I ordered despite being in my item description. Then it was, "you can't change the initials on the hat" on the design I should have received even though you can easily change the letters...just like I did with the previous THREE hats! Very disappointed. They did offer to remake the hat at half price, but I don't want to spend even more for them to correct their mistake. I offered to send them a picture of the receipt that showed that the mistake was theirs, but they still wouldn't correct THEIR mistake. I would understand if it was my typo, but this clearly wasn't. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. more

I was appointed team dad and ordered basketball jerseys & shorts, sweatshirts and sweatpants for my son's team. I was very happy with everything and I thought the pricing was good. After I ordered, I had to add another set for a new player that joined late and it was very easy. I really like the designs they offer and the items we got were good quality and brand names. I have ordered from zazzle before and mylocker was much, much easier and had a better selection. I would definitely recommend to others. more

Hate it. Clothes were horrible. Colors aren't what you ask for. Very cheaply look to it. The operator said they can't get the color exactly what you like. All I wanted was red, gold, and black. The red is burgandy and the gold was yellow and the black was faded. Not happy with my product at all. They also run smaller than the normal sizes. more

I personalized several items using the mylocker.net website and I think it is excellent. It was very easy to use. I designed a hoodie, a pair of sweats and a duffle bag. I also got a nice bonus because a free tshirt coupon popped up when I reached a certain order level (can't remember how much it was). Everything came to my house in about 5 or 6 days and it looks great. I recommend mylocker.net and give it five stars. more

I'm a coach and director for a major youth football program and a booster/team dad for baseball. I've been doing this for many years and always used a local screenprinter or sports shop for our jerseys, warm-ups, sweats, etc. I found MyLocker.net online a year ago and I'm so impressed I had to write a review. Their pricing is excellent, but that's not why I love the place. They are crazy good at handling everything for our team orders so I barely have any work. I used to run around like a nut to get the design and samples and proofs and pricing and all that. Now, I deal with one company who does it all. Nearly everything we've done has been perfect, but when a goof happened, they took care of it right away. More importantly, their site basically makes all the individual spirit items and unique requests fun instead of a pain in the rear. You've got to go to their site to see what I mean, but you can pretty much design anything you want in a few clicks and it shows up at your door by FedEx. We just started putting a link from our team website and facebook page to our mylocker store so everyone can create their own. I would definitely recommend mylocker.net. more
