I placed 4 orders with them. The first three came back fine. The fourth was clearly NOT what I ordered or approved. The receipt that came in the box even stated that the embroidery was to be in BLACK and white. It came back only in white. Now I have three hats that match and one oddball. I e-mailed a couple of times during their business hours (they say they immediately respond by e-mail during business hours...not true!). No responses. I finally called, and they say that those embroidery colors were listed on every receipt whether someone ordered them or not. That those words had nothing to do with what I ordered despite being in my item description. Then it was, "you can't change the initials on the hat" on the design I should have received even though you can easily change the letters...just like I did with the previous THREE hats! Very disappointed. They did offer to remake the hat at half price, but I don't want to spend even more for them to correct their mistake. I offered to send them a picture of the receipt that showed that the mistake was theirs, but they still wouldn't correct THEIR mistake. I would understand if it was my typo, but this clearly wasn't. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
