Some of the complaints on this site about My Locker seem rediculous! I have been a customer for years and they are great. Order every year- fall and spring. There have been a mistake here or there, but I am quite sure the machines (for lack of a better term) are run by humans! They always replaced or offered a comp. Very friendly customer service, even better accounting department. I was double charged once, and the controller really went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of of. Very pleasant on the phone, you can tell she loves her job! She even remembers me...six months later and its my understanding its a pretty big company. I would highly reccommend ordering from My Locker!!!!!!!!
