I purchased a custom sweatshirt for my son as a Christmas gift. When I received the item, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the logo. The logo had a faded washed out look, not the crisp clean look they advertise on their website. I call MyLocker and they instructed me to send pictures of my items, as I did. I also submitted an image from their website to clearly show the difference in the logo. They replied, since they're a custom shop, there's nothing they could do. I should also mention, the colors in the logo on their website, ended up being different on the finished product. Bottom line, they don't produce, what you design on their website and they won't stand behind their mistakes.
