NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR PRINT ON DEMAND SERVICES. 12/18/2019

Your company, partnered with Printify, has legitimately made my business look like absolute trash with your ineptitude this holiday season. No other partnership that I have taken on has ever been so careless and unprofessional to deal with in the 16 years I have been in business. Today alone I have had to console and refund fully half a dozen customers because you sent them someone else's order, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. It's been going on for 2 weeks like this because you bit off more than you could chew. A few days ago I received a package of ornaments I ordered and half of them weren't even my art. The other half looked like garbage. Only two out of 20 ordered were sellable. You people should be ashamed of the position you put countless small businesses in this holiday season. To everyone else - STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND PRINTIFY. You've been warned. more

Printed shirts all wrong. When you call for help they basically tell you they don’t have common sense to notice something is wrong. Don’t waste your. Obey go somewhere else more

Poor Service 5/15/2019

I'm just going to keep it short. My shirt showed up sticky, the print on the back of my shirt started to rubbed off after 10 mins of wear. We sent them photos of our worn shirts and they only wanted to replace the damaged samples, not the entire patch. I was willing to send them the entire batch of shirt back and wait for properly cured replacement. The refused me service, dismissed me and hung up. more

Mylocker.net misrepresents customization time on its website as well as on the email received upon placement of the order. You can not rely on the customization time — it all misrepresentations! I unfortunately, relied on the misrepresentations and did not receive the product in time for my son’s birthday. Customer service was also a disaster — was hung up on twice. Even more, customer service agreed that the representations on the website were not clear regarding customization time. But, refused to make the situation right. And, read the yelp reviews...I’m not the only sucker who fell for the misrepresentations. Despite repeated requests, the company will still not make right and I now have no choice but to seek a legal remedy against the company. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. more

The hoodie sweatshirt is of inferior quality material and the printing is inexcusably faint and barely readable. Do not buy, because they don’t take returns. Waste of time and money. more

The customer support at this company is completely unacceptable. We ordered 95 jersey's for our fan section at our high school and received a confirmation email saying that the order will be here on time for a first game. The next day, they called us and said that they did not have a sufficient supply of jerseys even though they said our order was successful. After a few phone calls with them, I quickly realized that they did not care about their customer's satisfaction. A couple days later I tried to order a jersey of lesser quality and after explaining my troubles with my last order, they offered nothing to compensate for their mistakes. In conclusion, MyLocker is not a site that cares for their customers, and you should NOT use them. more

Would highly recommend My Locker 9/25/2014

5/5 starts for My Locker. I was looking for a site where I could customize one visor and one T-shirt. Many other sites had a minimum number of items. I then stumbled upon My Locker and am glad that I did. I was able to customize and order only the number of items I wanted. The items arrived quickly and they were great quality. My hubby loves his new visor and shirt. Customer service was also great when I called to change the size of the T-Shirt. I would highly recommend My Locker. I am a happy satisfied customer and had no complaints. I would do business with My Locker again. more

Thats what you'll find at My Locker. The people at this company are super friendly, and real people. Their products are well made, stand up to rigorous use and still come out the dryer looking fresh.I have made errors with my orders, but when contacted promptly, My Locker easily corrected my error. Having never ordered from this company before and reading some of the poor reviews I was hesitant to place an order for shorts for a girls lacrosse team. I am happy to say that the turnaround time was very fast, the shorts with logo printed on them looked great (even after being washed numerous times they still look new!). Next time I need to place an order there will be no hesitation to order from MyLocker. more

I recently put through an order for 25 t-shirts with my own logo. Customer service was great and helped me get my own custom designed logo on my shirts and in a timely matter. I was even able to sell a few of my shirts to friends! I will definitely be placing another order with them. more

Just received my t-shirts. They're great! The shirts are nice weight not thin flimsy shirts. Color was right on from the web. The design couldn't have been better! Perfect! Over all these shirts are a wonderful deal great price for a great product. Fast job. AND NO MINIMUM! more

Had previously ordered 2 sweatshirts for grand-daughter. She rec'd many compliments & wanted to give her friend a sweatshirt for 16th birthday. We designed & printed a picture to give to her friend-black sweatshirt with red lettering. We rec'd the sweatshirt & it is burgundy lettering--so disappointed! Our school colors are red as we ordered, not burgundy. I immediately emailed customer service, advertised they had instant response to all messages--of course, 2 days have passed with no acknowlegement!! After working in retail for 35 years I am extremely upset & grand-daughter doesn't want to give the shirt that doesn't look like what we ordered! more
