Review content:
Mylocker.net misrepresents customization time on its website as well as on the email received upon placement of the order. You can not rely on the customization time — it all misrepresentations! I unfortunately, relied on the misrepresentations and did not receive the product in time for my son’s birthday. Customer service was also a disaster — was hung up on twice. Even more, customer service agreed that the representations on the website were not clear regarding customization time. But, refused to make the situation right. And, read the yelp reviews...I’m not the only sucker who fell for the misrepresentations. Despite repeated requests, the company will still not make right and I now have no choice but to seek a legal remedy against the company. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
