Dan came to our home at expected time very courteous & throrough technician explained in detail what he would be doing & that my water heater would be replaced & installed the same day!! He is our HERO my family was without HOT water for 3 days not to mention I had relatives visiting & staying with me from Florida my house was very kaotic at the time of service 10 people without hot showers!!! he was pleasant and worked until it was completed AWSOME JOB DAN!!! I would definetly use services again & also reccomend Mr Rooter to family & friends EXCELLENT!! Thank you!! RESPONSE FROM Mr. Rooter Plumbing: Thank you for your great comments about Dan! Bill C came to our house over a 3-day period to evaluate, locate, and repair a sewer line that was clogged. It was a stressful period for us due to the nature of the problem and the damage that it caused. Bill was very professional and reassuring about his ability to find and fix the problem. He and his team (John on one day and Lauriano on another day)did a fantastic job. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the work that they did. THANK YOU!!!! more

Joe Bovo was excellent. Arrived timely and within the hour. He listened well, explained what needed to be done. Gave options and pricing. Worked quickly and cleaned up completely after the job was done. Intelligent and engaging. I recommend him more

Joseph provided excellent and efficient service. I have an older home which had less than professional plumbing repairs done in the past. He was able to identify and repair previous errors. I would definately recommend him to others. more

I had a leaking, 17yr old water heater and I obtained 5 estimates from area plumbers prior to making a decision. Mr. Rooter had the best price as well as a very personable and professional plumber. Spiro made certain that he covered my floors with a tarp, wore booties over his work boots, and cleaned up all the debris and put is in his truck. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs. more

Problem with pipe under kitchen sink 9/2/2012

The first technician had a real problem with getting the pipe to fit under the sink. Then they sent Spiro Andonatos who was a real professional.From the moment he arrived he was confident he could resolve the problem even if it took him a little longer.He explained what had to be done and left to get the correct parts.Once he returned Spiro had the job done in a short time and completed the right way. more

Great Service! 9/1/2012

I came home from vacation to a flooded house due to a leaky pipe inside one of the walls. After I called Mr. Rooter, a plumber was here within an hour, despite it being a holiday weekend. They worked for hours on Friday night and Saturday morning to find and repair the leak. They were fantastic. Thank you very much to Dan and everyone else at Mr. Rooter. more

Vlad did a fantastic job installing a new faucet and drain for my kitchen sink. He explained what he was doing each step of the way, and it was very clear that he took pride in his work. I am very satisfied with this company. The service provided was friendly and fast, and the price quoted to me was the price I paid. more
