Courteous, prompt, professional *competent* and reasonable, Mr. Rooter is simply the best there is and I've tried every other plumber and plumbing service in this area. It was a pleasure having the service man in the house, and it was clear from the way he listened to pipes, handled his equipment, and made a thorough investigation of the problem, that he is a real pro. technician did an excellent job 8/16/2013

I called needing my main sewer line cleared as it was pretty clogged. I called about 7:30 am and a technician was at my home at 9, as promised. He installed an outside cleanout point (other was in crawlspace) and thoroughly cleared the sewer line. he also fixed a pinhole water line leak in the crawlspace and had all this done in just over 4 hours. he did a great job and I'd recommend mr rooter to my neighbors and use them again. more

Great service from Mike R! 8/10/2013

We called Friday night at 9:30, and Mike R. came to our house quickly! Donna, the dispatcher, called us back several times to let us know when Mike would be at our house! She was awesome too! Within a half hour, Mike informed us that we had a full septic, clogged main line and a broken exterior pipe. He used this cool camera to show us everything! He came the next morning at 9:00 with Joe and his supervisor, and they fixed all of our plumbing issues! We highly recommend them! more

Phil and James are GREAT 8/9/2013

This sewer clog happened late on a Friday and Phil and James stayed after hours to complete our job. Phil correctly predicted what he thought was going to happen.The camera that they used stopped working, so James left and picked up another so that Phil could be sure that i will get through the weekend until the pipe could be replaced. GREAT JOB GUYS!! more

Good Job 8/8/2013

Bill C and Dan did a good job. Only issue was took way too long and left the house unlocked and left. Front yard was torn up for over a week. Cost was pretty expensive. Guys were very curteous and polite. Lou did a great job on the machine. more

Mr Rooter tech Mike R was outstanding! 8/6/2013

Had a leaking kitchen sink plumbing set-up that needed to be redone completely. I called another plumber that spends alot of money on advertising 1st. Within 10min their pricing was clearly a price gouging situation since I asked if the "pipe was made out of gold!" I am a small business owner and medical professional and feel everyone should be probably compensated. But their pricing was clearly out of line. I quickly called Mr. Rooter for an "honest" assessment of the situation. The price was 70% less! And they obviously don't need to use gold pipe! The job was completed within 90min, clean and professional! Thanks MR. Rooter for having some professional integrity!!!! more

Excellent Service Edwin ! 8/2/2013

We had a clogged system in our bathroom, with 5 people in the house it 's an issue. The response time was fast, Edwin called prior to getting to the door. He was quick effective and very polite. Main line stoppage 7/19/2013

Called for service on a Main line stoppage. Service was very prompt. The technicians - Phil and James clearly explained my options and made sure I understood what they were doing. They completed the job (on a very hot day) cleaned up and were very polite and personable. I would definitely recommend this company. more

Outstanding professional service by Dan. 7/18/2013

The entire organization was extremely professional. Kept in contact with me multiple times to advise me when my Tech will be here. Dan arrived as scheduled and was extremely professional and courteous. He replaced my Hot Water heater in a very clean and neat manner. Excellent service 7/12/2013

we needed a new supply line and shut off valve because we have a new refrigerator coming. The original owners finished off the basement and hid the shut off valve for the old refrigerator. Mr. Rooters plumber found it and replaced it because instead of using a regular shut off valve they used a piercing clamp was illegal. To run the new supply line up to the kitchen he drilled a new hole through the wood sill because the original person who ran the copper supply line did it through the same hole that the electrical wire for the outlet ran through which I did not notice before today. They were fast and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. more

Backed up Septic 6/25/2013

Naturally, an emergency. Called in evening so was too dark to work outside. Came first thing next morning. VERY professional and knowledgeable. Had all the special equipment to deal with roots growing in the pipes. Even a camera! Thank you Phil and Mark! It was a long tough job, but you had all the patience in the world. more

Got an original estimate from Mr. Rooter,Thought it was too expensive. Had a competitor come the next day, they said they wouldn't touch it for the price quoted by Mr. Rooter. Called Mr. Rooter back,and got the job done at the original quoted price. The job was done quickly and cleanly. more

I had an emergency pipe burst, and Carlos arrived promptly. I needed to replace my water heater, and he, together with Phil and James, did a terrific job. Mr. Rooter is great because they have a large staff and someone is always available on short notice. more

I used their web form to request service for a nasty clog. They called back within 30 minutes and dispatched Phil & James who arrived within an hour. They explained the problem and gave me a great price before starting the work. I can rest now that the work was done right. more
