wonderful experience with a qualified, dedicated tradesman 7/13/2012

Last Saturday, our a/c went after the storm. We called August Plumbing/Mr. Rooter first to see if they could refer us to a company since we've been customers of theirs for over 20 years. We were thrilled to find out they could service our a/c themselves! Not only was the job done professionally, it was done very timely by one single tradesman! He also educated us that we should update our furnace, which we did, so the a/c will run to its fullest. Dave is the best and can fix anything. He's a very informative and honest person. I'd call him for any and all our home repairs. Thanks, Dave! more

Dan repaired our well-water system as great and professional as anyone else. 7/11/2012

Dan was professional from the moment he walked in-hospitable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and then tackled the job that other plumbers I shopped for did not want to handle due to their lack of expertise. He worked tirelessly to locate the parts and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. My wife and I would absolutely recommend Dan and Mr. Rooter for their services at any time. Clogged toilet in rental house of 12 well after dark - help needed! 7/5/2012

In a rental that has 2 bathrooms and 12 people including kids. Toilets slow upon arrival but situation became bad when one became clogged the night before the 4th holiday. Rental agency closed. Called Mr Rooter and Vlad arrived promptly, solved problem and helped us all keep our sense of humor about the situation. The costs was reasonable, even though they couldn't really give us a cost estimate in advance. more

Outstanding Experience from the Very Beginning to The End 6/19/2012

My 20 Year heater failed. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and someone came out immediately. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I discussed what several large pool service companies in the area were suggesting. He patiently walked me through the differences and I selected the Pentair unit he recommended. I asked when he could order one and he said he could install it TODAY. I was amazed. The two service techs Vlad and Tom were outstanding. The installed it and their work was need and clean. I fired up the new unit tonight and jumped in the Jacuzzi and I am so pleased. The unit is fast, efficient, quiet and I could not be more happier. If you are looking for the best, I strongly recommend this company and its personnel. Even the women on the telephone was fantastic. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. more

Great Experience! 6/15/2012

I needed several plumbing issues resolved after an inspection. Mr. Rooter contacted me right away and followed-up. They sent a plumber within a few hours. The plumber Vlad was excellent. He went through my list with me several times to make sure he took care of everything. He spent more than 5 hours in my office, working hard until 9pm. He explained why things needed to be fixed, and he gave me an estimate that beat a previous plumber's quote. I would definitely call on Mr. Rooter (in particular, Vlad) again. more
