Dan came to our home at expected time very courteous & throrough technician explained in detail what he would be doing & that my water heater would be replaced & installed the same day!! He is our HERO my family was without HOT water for 3 days not to mention I had relatives visiting & staying with me from Florida my house was very kaotic at the time of service 10 people without hot showers!!! he was pleasant and worked until it was completed AWSOME JOB DAN!!! I would definetly use services again & also reccomend Mr Rooter to family & friends EXCELLENT!! Thank you!!
