Courteous, prompt, professional *competent* and reasonable, Mr. Rooter is simply the best there is and I've tried every other plumber and plumbing service in this area. It was a pleasure having the service man in the house, and it was clear from the way he listened to pipes, handled his equipment, and made a thorough investigation of the problem, that he is a real pro.
