Professional, courtious, great prices 3/29/2014

We had issues with our main sewer line for about 8 months. After several visits from other plumbers with disappointing results it was a relief to speak to a professional company that was open, honest and would actually stand behind their work. Mike R and the crew that were on site to perform the repair were professional, courteous, and took the time to answer any of the questions that we had. Mike R assured me that the work that was performed would stand the test of time and that Mr Rooter always stands behind their work. The crew took the time to repair all signs that excavation occurred and I can't say enough about Mr Rooter and their employees. more

Professional, helpful and reasonable 2/22/2014

We were contacted prior to the plumber arriving and he arrived in a timely manner. Our concerns were all addressed and plumbing issues were resolved. They also helped us out when we had a flood a year ago when our upstairs toilet flooded into our kitchen. We will continue to use Mr. Rooter in the future. more

Carlos had to snake a clogged pipe attached to the washing machine. He was very polite, courteous and professional as he explained in terms of what he was doing to eliminate the problem. more

Unusual service 2/11/2014

Today I was told by my water service that I had a leak that raised my water bill last month. I called you for help, and your technician visited within the hour. He made a thorough inspection, and could find nothing wrong, so that now I can freely pursue the mystery with the water company. He did not charge for his call, although my peace of mind was certainly worth a feel. I have had occasion to utilize your services several times over the years, and have alwasy been satisfied with your service. When I start bathroom remodeling later in the year, you will be my chosen professional. more

Blocked main sewer line 1/31/2014
