Mr Nash

We've had our heat go out three times in the past couple years. One was on New Year's Eve when no one else was open. Mr. Nash offers overtime appointments and in minutes of coming out they've had our heat on and running. You pay time and a half, but it's well worth it in the middle of winter.\r \r Their technicians have always been extremely helpful and kind and the prices are very reasonable. My mother was a customer of the original Mr. Nash, a kind fellow named Norm. Norm repaired Mom's furnace not charing her all her could have and also showed her how to change her own filter rather than pay him to do it. I've used Mr. Nash ever since for my rentals and my own home. They are a class act. Was sad to hear that Norm recently passed away. Mom is 93 but still talks about how kind and wonderful he was. I can't recommend Mr. Nash highly enough. They are a family owned and oriented business, and it shows in their commitment to customer service. They did a great job on repairs to my old furnace a couple of times, so when I decided to get a new furnace and central air conditioning, I asked them for a bid, which was so reasonable that I decided not to get any others. Rich, the installer, is so trustworthy and so nice that we gave him access to the house so he could do the work while we were out of town. He didn't disappoint - he did a great job and exceeded our expectations in every way. He was meticulous, thorough, explained everything about the process, and was a complete professional. Every single experience we have had with this company and every employee who works there (some of whom are part of the family) has been outstanding.
