I can't recommend Mr. Nash highly enough. They are a family owned and oriented business, and it shows in their commitment to customer service. They did a great job on repairs to my old furnace a couple of times, so when I decided to get a new furnace and central air conditioning, I asked them for a bid, which was so reasonable that I decided not to get any others. Rich, the installer, is so trustworthy and so nice that we gave him access to the house so he could do the work while we were out of town. He didn't disappoint - he did a great job and exceeded our expectations in every way. He was meticulous, thorough, explained everything about the process, and was a complete professional. Every single experience we have had with this company and every employee who works there (some of whom are part of the family) has been outstanding. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and care about the well being of their customers.
