I had an incredible experience using Movin' On Movers. Shawn lead our move and was the perfect mix of courtesy and professionalism but with an intense focus on getting things done. We had a baby grand piano to move along with our other furniture. Everything was taken care of and we were impressed with each member of the crew. They were all very polite and had positive attitudes. \r \r This was the THIRD time we have used Movin On Movers. Each experience has been comparable. I highly recommend them. more

We used Movin' On Movers in 2012 and had a wonderful experience. After moving and storing our items with their StorPaks (mobile units), everything was returned to us in perfect condition. Because we were so impressed, when it was time for us to move in 2013, we hired them again. The big difference this time was that we let them store our items in their warehouse. I do not know what happened when they unloaded/loaded the truck at their site, but so many of our things were damaged--I was heartbroken. They were even three hours late on move-in day which was a big inconvenience. When we submitted our complaint, the company did fix things and reimburse us for others. But, in my opinion, they did not do nearly enough to justify the amount of money they charged us for that move. I will never use them again. more

These guys were great! We used them for a move from NC to PA. They also stored our furniture in one of their storage pods while our house was on the market. They had the best storage prices, were courteous, on-time and very careful with our items. We had one chair that was damaged during the move and the gentlemen took it back with them and then mailed it back to us after they had fixed it. Danny, the owner, was eager to help us with all of our specifics. I would highly recommend them! more

Friendly Enough, but Very Limited 7/26/2011

My dealings with Movin' On Movers has neither been short nor sweet. Over the course of just seven weeks, I have been trying to determine whether this company could move three pieces of furniture from Raleigh to California. Each of the three times I called, I made sure to speak to the same person; each time I was told that they MIGHT have a truck going to California in July. Each time I was to get a call back with a quote from ""Danny"". I have had to chase them down each call, and have yet to determine whether they can even transport anything to California. more

The Easiest Part of Moving 3/18/2011

Movin' on Movers was the easiest part of our move. This was our first move so we had a lot of questions and concerns. My wife had moved several times as a child and had a string of horror stories. Movin' on Movers was everything we could have asked for - the front office was incredibly responsive and straight forward. And the guys who actually did the heavy lifting were polite and always AHEAD of SCHEDULE. There was sitting around chatting - these guys were all business. Moreover, they treated our possessions with respect. Again - Movin' on Movers made the actual move the easiest part. more

Great Experience 1/16/2011

We were very happy with our experience with Movin' on Movers. The estimator, Judy was very detailed and let us know exactly what to expect. The moving crew arrived ontime. Everyone was very professional and courteous. We were amazed at how ""talented"" the movers were :) They are definitely skilled workers and it was obivous they knew what they were doing. Great Move 1/11/2011

I was so excited to see how organized the office and moving staff was during every step of our move. We had to put the furniture in storage for 3 months and then moved 200 miles to it's final home. The movers were efficient, personable and professionally. The furniture has wrapped carefully in quilts and then plastic wrap. We did not have one thing broken or damaged. Thank you Movin' on Movers. more

Friendly, timely, courteous, careful 9/17/2008

I have used M-o-Movers for two moves. Every step of the process was conducted professionally -- from the estimate to the close out of the move. In both moves, separated by over 10 years, the moving team was careful with our goods, worked hard and cheerful. Don't look elsewhere. more

Careful and Considerate 7/11/2007

I have had numerous bad experiences with movers, but these guys were great. Quick, courteous and careful.... We even used them a few months later to pick up some furniture down and boxes from out of state. Prices seem reasonable. Pros: Very Carful Cons: May not include moving certain breakables. (Ask) more

Poor customer service 5/5/2005

After scheduling an appointment 2 weeks later to give me an estimate on my move, I received a call from the company the morning of my appointment. This was not to confirm my appointment but to tell me they ""might not"" be able to make it. After attempting to reschedule for the next week, which I declined (two weeks seemed long enough for me to wait & less than 24 hrs is not adequate for cancelling in my opinion) I was told they would ""try"" to make it to my home at the scheduled time. I was also told that if they couldn't make it I would be notified. Needless to say, no call, no show. After this poor display of customer service and respect, I would not recommend this company to anyone. more
