Review content:
We used Movin' On Movers in 2012 and had a wonderful experience. After moving and storing our items with their StorPaks (mobile units), everything was returned to us in perfect condition. Because we were so impressed, when it was time for us to move in 2013, we hired them again. The big difference this time was that we let them store our items in their warehouse. I do not know what happened when they unloaded/loaded the truck at their site, but so many of our things were damaged--I was heartbroken. They were even three hours late on move-in day which was a big inconvenience. When we submitted our complaint, the company did fix things and reimburse us for others. But, in my opinion, they did not do nearly enough to justify the amount of money they charged us for that move. I will never use them again.
