After scheduling an appointment 2 weeks later to give me an estimate on my move, I received a call from the company the morning of my appointment. This was not to confirm my appointment but to tell me they ""might not"" be able to make it. After attempting to reschedule for the next week, which I declined (two weeks seemed long enough for me to wait & less than 24 hrs is not adequate for cancelling in my opinion) I was told they would ""try"" to make it to my home at the scheduled time. I was also told that if they couldn't make it I would be notified. Needless to say, no call, no show. After this poor display of customer service and respect, I would not recommend this company to anyone. more
