Very pleased with Mountainland Exteriors. I know they couldn't have made much money on gutters on a small home like ours but they still treated us like we were purchasing a thousand windows. Very friendly, professional, and punctual. more

I needed new windows in my home so I searched out multiple companies. I selected mtn land exteriors based on price,professionalism and product. \r Now that my windows have been installed I am pleased with the end results\r I would highly recommend this company. BEWARE!!!! Their work is nice but their honesty is questionable. MLE finished a job for me a few months ago. When I met with the owner, he reviewed 2 payment options, one with interest over a longer period of time and one with NO interest for 18 months. I knew what would work well within my budget and chose the 18 month NO interest plan. When the Statement from Wells Fargo Credit came listing 12 months I was shocked. I had not agreed to such a plan, as it would mean several hundred $ more each month, which creates a burden. I called Wells Fargo and after discussing my only option, I put in a dispute against Mountainland, asking for proof of the contract. 2 months later WF sent a document listing the12 month payment committment. Both my spouse and I are not only disappointed MLE would lie about this, but we are now under financial distress.\r I hope you use another company, as these are not honest nor reputable. Sadly, when you go to their website, reviews are lauding their work. I now see they could write these reviews themselves, as there is no proof they were ever written by customers. BEWARE!! more

Mountainland Exteriors is a wonderful company to work with. It is outside of my comfort zone to have someone have to come and work on my home but the process was incredibly quick and painless. Even the bid was short and to the point--around 10 minutes I think? I had a bid that was over 2 hours from another company! (Shoot me!) Thank you Mountainland Exteriors for being so professional and having such amazing customer service. more

I literally just had my new windows installed on my condo two hours ago and I am SO in LOVE with them!!! I just wanted to say WOW first of all that the man told me he would be here at noon to install my windows and guess what--he came at noon!!! Who ever heard of a contractor that's actually on time?! My windows are beautiful, installed super fast, and you'll think I'm crazy but I can already feel a difference! Yay for no more drafts! I'm so impressed with this company. If I had known this process would be so smooth I would have gotten them done a long time ago! Thank you to the young man at the expo that told me about it, thank you to the nice young woman who scheduled my FREE estimate, thank you to the men who came (on time!) and gave me my estimate ( in 15 minutes!) and thank you to the installer who did such a quick job! I just don't have enough good things to say about this company! Don't trust any bad reviews--I've never had better customer service in my life!!! From giving them more

Great product. Terrible customer service. It took weeks and weeks to get anything scheduled. I had to track them down, call after call to get anything done. They promised deadlines that never happened. Like I said, the windows are fine, installer was fine but I have 4 more windows in my house that need to be replaced and I will not go with them simply to avoid the headache. more

Ok--I can't say enough good things about this company! BEST EXPERIENCE WITH CONTRACTORS I'VE EVER HAD!!!! If I had only known about this company when we built our house I wouldn't have had to get my windows replaced less than 5 years later. I was skeptical about replacing my windows in winter but the experience couldn't have been quicker or more pain free. Our new windows are SO MUCH BETTER than our old (albeit not that old) windows. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this company! (in fact I already have and our neighbors down the street are getting their windows from them too) Do yourself a favor and go with Mountainland Exteriors. They were AWESOME!!! more

I told Randy he was so awesome I would get online and pay it forward. We had our windows done (in the middle of winter!) and guess what?- Quickest process ever!!! I'm so glad I got multiple bids and found these guys. If you need ANY work done to the outside of your home, do yourself a favor and go with these guys!!! more

I realized that I was only writing reviews online when I had a negative experience. I've decided to stop that trend and tell people about the truly awesome people out there. I had Mountainland Exteriors do my basement windows and I was very very happy with the result. I got four bids and went with Mountainland Exteriors for the combined values of low price, great warranty, financing options, and professionalism of the company. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this company! Don't listen to the bad reviewers-- no idea what their problem is but I bet it has nothing to do with the company. more

My name is Randy and my wife and I are the business owners for Mountainland Exteriors. I was pained to see Jeremy S. has written such a review for our company especially given the circumstances of our canceling and letting him out of a contract wherein we took the hit. Jeremy S. signed a contract and elected to cancel (after the allotted time to cancel) and after we had purchased the material-- I simply informed him of the 20 % cancellation fee. Because of his hardship I let him out of the contract with no penalty and he still had the nerve to write this complaint. I guess sometimes you can't win--we try our best to please everyone and when you give a customer a break that you think would have made him happy he still does this. We are hurt and disappointed but what can you do. As for the rest of his rantings, I'm not sure where all that is coming from. Absolute horrible business ethics. I was pressured into signing a contract to ""see if I qualify for 0% interest"" After 3 weeks of hearing nothing back I got another estimate for almost half price. I told Randy I wasn't impressed with their customer service and he told me I couldn't break the contract since they had already ordered the siding. I don't know how he could do that, because we didn't pick colors. He then continued to mislead and ""educate me"" about how he can put a lein on my house for 20% of the contract. This is customer srevice?! I'm not impressed and I don't take well to being bullied into business. Why would I want to do business with some one who just threatened to take me to court? His website says he is rated ""A"" with the BBB. I checked and he's not registered with the BBB. I'm glad he is not doing any work on my house. I can't imagine what a nightmare it would be to have him uphold his ""exceptional warranty"". more

They did a great job. The people who came were outstanding. For those of you who might think otherwise, you just need to understand Randy. He is a good man and wants to do a good job. Help him by getting everything in writing and being willing to communicate. He may assume you already know everything. Call or email and he will respond. The good job is worth a few emails or calls to secure an understanding. We're very satisfied! more

My husband and I bought a fixer upper knowing that the exterior needed serious work. To be honest, we went with Mountainland Exteriors because their price was the best but we were blown away by the quality of the work! Our house looks amazing! Neighbors keep coming over to tell us how much better our house looks. We are so impressed with their speed too! It was done before Christmas so we don't have to have that stress for the holidays. I read the other reviews and am completely flabbergasted that they didn't have a positive experience! (but on second thought who would have a good experience that tries to get out of paying their bill...) My husband and I were so impressed with both the man who gave us the bid and the man who installed our sliding door. They were both professional, polite, and got the job done SO much faster than we could have anticipated. We love the result and we love the price!!!! We will DEFINITELY go to Mountainland Exteriors the next time we need to replace our windows. They were beyond the best price they were the most professional, accommodating company that we got bids from. Go with them and you won't regret it!!! more
