My name is Randy and my wife and I are the business owners for Mountainland Exteriors. I was pained to see Jeremy S. has written such a review for our company especially given the circumstances of our canceling and letting him out of a contract wherein we took the hit. Jeremy S. signed a contract and elected to cancel (after the allotted time to cancel) and after we had purchased the material-- I simply informed him of the 20 % cancellation fee. Because of his hardship I let him out of the contract with no penalty and he still had the nerve to write this complaint. I guess sometimes you can't win--we try our best to please everyone and when you give a customer a break that you think would have made him happy he still does this. We are hurt and disappointed but what can you do. As for the rest of his rantings, I'm not sure where all that is coming from. You are welcome to call the BBB for our past work or call us for references on our work. We are happy to answer any questions you might have. (801) 446-7266
