Motivated Movers was phenomenal, and I had the best moving experience in my life with them. Josh and Mitch were fabulous. They went above and beyond. They brought three trucks, and I winded up only needing one. They were willing to do everything we asked, and they were just great. I have only used them a couple times in my life. We recently used Motivated Movers for our office move. The movers showed up on time, they were neat and clean, well mannered, and prepared for the job. After we walked them through the office to show them what was going and point out special concerns they started immediately and did not stop to talk or take needless breaks. They made sure that they were placing everything exactly how we wanted it down to the very last file. Once they were finished they asked us to walk through once more to make sure we had no further requests. The bill was correct and thoroughly explained to us. We recommend these movers and will definitely use them if we need moving services in the future. more

Motivated Movers is very accommodating and professional. I requested that we start early, and they were able to accommodate that. They are careful and cautious with my things, and they really know how to move. They did some extra things that they did not have to do as well. For example, they put my bed together for me. They padded everything, and they were careful not to scratch my floors. Everything just went very well. more

We are doing a long distance move from AL to WI. We were worried about getting everything on the truck. The three gentlemen who came assured us they would pack as efficiently as possible to get everything on. They were able to safely and securely load everything on the truck and there were very fast. I hired Motivated Movers to help me move from Birmingham, Alabama to Tennessee. They were just really good at what they did. When they showed up the the house they brought six workers so it didn't take that long. They unloaded everything the same day. They were very accommodating, very sweet and they did some extra things for me that really helped out. more

I hired Motivated Movers to move my entire home. I had a few challenges: I have quite a few steps and I own a piano, but there was no complaining from them. They were on time and worked the whole time. They did everything they said they were going to do.They were extremely polite and professional. Had to move most of my furniture out of the house to rip out and replace all the hardwood flooring due to a leak. Nick, Jesse, and Taylor arrived on time, were very polite, professional and efficient. Move out went quickly and with no issues what so ever. I am extremely pleased that I was recommended to Motivated Movers, they made my son's move such an easy and enjoyable process all around. I live in St. Louis and my son was moving from Alabama to Dallas so it was a bit of a difficult situation, but the people at Motivated Movers really put my worries at ease. From the first conversation with the receptionist to the final unloading of my son's belongings, the level of professionalism and the quality of the customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Everybody that works there seems to have a genuine desire to help their customers and understand their situations as best as possible. Johnathan, the regional manager that I dealt with, gave me an extremely fair price and he gave me tremendous confidence and assurance that the job will get done right and with great care. He was very friendly and he encouraged me to stay in touch with him to make sure everything went well and that I was completely satisfied. The two movers that they sent arrived exactly when they said they would, and they worked with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and comfort throughout the whole move. Their work ethic was great, and their quality customer service was worth much more to me than the cost of the move. I used Motivated Movers for a local move. Their service took about 7 hours, and everything turned out well. Four men helped me with the move. Their names were Christopher, Donovan, Logan, and Joseph. They were friendly, efficient, courteous and hardworking. Nothing was damaged or broken during the move. I would recommend them. more

I've recommended Motivated Movers to two other people so far because the guys were excellent. They came in and moved us out without dilly dallying around. They were very polite, fast and moved all our stuff out within a few hours. They picked things up nicely and were gentle with our things--they didn't throw anything around, I even missed something and they put it in a box for me. When they moved us down here, Brian and Adam were phenomenal. They did not stop all day long. We bought them lunch and they ate quickly to get right back to work. It was so sweet. more
