I am extremely pleased that I was recommended to Motivated Movers, they made my son's move such an easy and enjoyable process all around. I live in St. Louis and my son was moving from Alabama to Dallas so it was a bit of a difficult situation, but the people at Motivated Movers really put my worries at ease. From the first conversation with the receptionist to the final unloading of my son's belongings, the level of professionalism and the quality of the customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Everybody that works there seems to have a genuine desire to help their customers and understand their situations as best as possible. Johnathan, the regional manager that I dealt with, gave me an extremely fair price and he gave me tremendous confidence and assurance that the job will get done right and with great care. He was very friendly and he encouraged me to stay in touch with him to make sure everything went well and that I was completely satisfied. The two movers that they sent arrived exactly when they said they would, and they worked with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and comfort throughout the whole move. Their work ethic was great, and their quality customer service was worth much more to me than the cost of the move. It really was an excellent experience and if anyone I know is in need of a move, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Motivated Movers.
