I am so thankful we decided to use Motivated Movers. From the second the movers arrived, they were running in and out of our house always with their arms full. They never showed their exhaustion and were so polite and easy to talk to. It was so nice to see a group of repectful gentlemen in my house moving us to our new home. We have used Motivated Movers several times, I think this was the fourth time we've used them. Usually they've been bigger moves. We have them come on one day to pack us up, then move us the next day. They always do a great job. They let us know when they'll be here and they are timely and arrive on time. My experience with Motivated Movers was very positive. The guys were very careful for the most part. They were very friendly. The only problem I had was that one of the guys broke a stereo cabinet. They said they would repair it once we arrived at our destination, but I guess they forgot to do that. I had called around and Motivated Movers were friendly over the phone. They offered good service for a reasonable price. I was pleased with their work. The price was competitive! more

I was very pleased with Motivated Movers, it was a great moving experience! They provided wonderful services and I have recommended them over and over again! There were fairly priced, I expected it to be a lot more. Everyone was very nice and informative. There were 5 young men and they were all so young, yet extremely professional. They worked especially hard and continuously. I never had to remind them to lift heavy furniture instead of sliding it across the hardwood floors, they just automatically did it. I've had bad experiences with other companies! I downsized from a large home to a smaller one, and I joked with them that I wanted them to keep all of my stuff together and well-organized in the attic. I didn't expect them to, but they did! They really went over and beyond the call of duty for me. Now, everything is organized upstairs. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely use them again. more

Motivated Movers moved me twice. I thought my house would be ready to move into, but it wasn't so they moved me into storage. I was particularly pleased that they sent out the same crew who had moved me originally. They were familiar with the content of my house and how everything had been packed and stored. When they arrived at my house, which is up a steep driveway, it was really muddy and they couldn't get up the driveway. We had to wait a couple of days for it to dry out, and they were so accommodating with the circumstances and changing the date. I would definitely use this company again! more

Motivated Movers are great! They do exactly what they say they're going to do, exactly at the time they say they're going to do it. Brian is a good guy, and he sent out great guys to work with too. Everything was perfect. They were there to move things around for me, if I didn't like where something was, they'd move it to where I wanted it. They are very professional and careful, which you've got to be to be, right, if you're in the moving business. They don't run into walls or break your things. I've used them before, and I would absolutely use only them again in the future! more

First we moved to Chattanooga and we called Motivated Movers. Motivated Movers had two strong, physical men come out and they worked quickly. They were courteous and showed up on time. They made sure everything was wrapped quickly and did a very professional job. We moved up there and Motivated Movers moved us in. A month and a half later, something came up and we had to move back. We didn't call anyone else but Motivated Movers and got the same treatment. We are very pleased with Motivated Movers! more

On this particular move, I have to rate Motivated Movers low. I've used them about 5 times before, and every one of those experiences was the smoothest operation I've ever seen! I had no hesitation in using them again and again! Their movers are so hard-working, and their guys and gals don't walk between loads, they run! Brian's movers add a great value to his company. All of the movers, guys and gals, have been great! He hires really strong, hard-working and friendly movers. On one of my previous moves, Brian sent out about 10 people and they were so professional and respectful, they took the utmost care in packaging and moving my things to a new house, and even took their shoes off at the new house! Amazing service! So of course, I thought this would be a good experience too. I called the office and tried to get Brian on the phone, but a lady, I think they later told me it was his sister-in-law, wouldn't let me talk to Brian. She told me he'd be out for a week. I figured that would be okay, and I'd had great experiences with his company before, so it should be fine. So I told the lady what I wanted to have done. I wanted them to come out and give a free estimate for the move, like they'd done the times before. She told me they didn't do that anymore. I said, but that is what your truck says in big letters! After a lot of hemming and hawing, I decided to just go forward, based on my good experiences before. I should have known better! From that first phone call, it was a bad experience. She sent out 2 guys and a driver. Of course, they were polite and professional and worked hard and fast. They should get a 5 star rating on everything! I asked the driver if they still did free estimates, and he told me yes, they still do that everyday! This bad experience all goes back to that lady in the office! It turned out that the guys didn't have enough boxes, wrapping or people for the move. Even though the guys were good at what they could do and very professional, they couldn't get it all done in one day. The guys were very polite and hard-working! Maybe if they could have come out before the move, to give me the free estimate, they could have planned better and the move could have gone smoothly like the others had. They came back the next day, they didn't charge me for sending the truck back a second day, and they gave me a discount on a couple of hours. If the woman in the office would have just listened to me, and the driver for that matter, I'm sure this move would have been like all the others I've had with them. I got the impression she ended up just blowing me off. I tried calling for Brian, and she'd never put me through to him. I will definitely use Motivated Movers again, because I've had such great luck with them before, however, I will only talk to Brian when I'm planning. Brian is a very nice guy, and he's running a really great organization there for the most part. I would recommend them to anybody, but I would warn them to ONLY ONLY ONLY talk to Brian and nobody else there! more

We've used Motivated Movers twice now for office moves. The first time was in September and they moved our office a couple of blocks to a new building. Recently, they moved some of our office and staff from the third floor to the fourth floor. Both moves went very smooth. There were no problems! They arrived, on time and ready to work. They were well-prepared and every person knew what their job was and went to work. They brought the perfect amount of people to make it go quickly and smoothly. It was really nice to see that some of the movers were the same people who had moved us the first time. They actually took the time to say hi and to make sure everything was going well with the people they'd helped to move. They couldn't have been nicer! Motivated Movers are courteous, very efficient at their jobs and are always willing to help wherever they are needed. The entire company is like that! From the guy who came out to do a quote, to the billing department and office staff to the movers, everyone is so nice and friendly to work with. I would recommend them to anybody for your personal and/or professional moves! more

I first used Motivated Movers in less than ideal circumstance. My apartment had caught fire, and had virtually burnt down. I rented a storage unit in Hoover, and saw their advertisement with a discount for moving jobs. I called them, and they came in to help me get some things together that could be salvaged. I'm 65, and have trouble with heavy lifting. They put my things in boxes for me, and helped me move it all to the storage unit. The crew that helped me was very professional and courteous. They were a top rate bunch of guys. At the end of the job, I gave them each a $20 tip, and they turned the money in to their company. I later got a call from their supervisor, to make sure I actually intended the money to go to them. They are very honest, and offer something extra. more

We hired Motivated Movers to move my mother-in-law from a larger home to a smaller home. It was an interstate move, from Alabama to Georgia. The workers at Motivated Movers were really helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. It was pretty good. We've used movers before, and Motivated Movers was as good as anyone else we had used. There was a discount in either the mail or newspaper, and we called these folks and a couple of others. Based on interviews over the phone, we selected Motivated Movers. We had a nice conversation with a nice lady from Motivated Movers. They had a slightly lesser price, about $100 less. I just felt comfortable using them. Moving isn't great but it was a good experience with Motivated Movers! more

I just used Motivated Movers for an hour, hour and a half move, and it was quick. They were very helpful and very personable. If someone called and asked me about movers, I would recommend them. When I talked to the girl in the office, I thought the price was high, but the value was excellent. They worked like crazy, and they did everything I asked to. I definitely got what I paid for. more

This was all very short notice, I just needed some help unloading a U-Haul truck. I had a lot of heavy furniture and needed help moving into my place. I called Motivated Movers that morning and they were able to come out that afternoon! They were on time, actually I was running about half an hour late, and it was over 100 degrees, but they waited and met me with smiles! They were great and were very careful moving the small stuff off the truck to get to the larger, heavier pieces. They even were nice enough to move them around to where I wanted them to be. These are people you'd definitely want in your house, they are clean-cut guys, nice and polite and there to do exactly what you wanted them to do. They were really pleasant and had great attitudes the entire time! For that price, I really don't think you'll find better quality! more

I've used Motivated Movers about five or six times for moves and have been their customers for four years. They've always performed one hundred percent. They're nice guys and excellent workers who are well trained. We found out about Motivated Movers when they left coupons in the mailbox in the apartment complex I lived in. They're very fast and don't screw around. They're very efficient and caring, as well as well organized. Our most recent move was a short distance one. I have one particular incident that stood out to be about Motivated Movers. Three years ago, we moved into a house from an apartment. It turned out we lived right next to a very noisy railroad yard and we wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. We called Brian and he basically dropped everything to get us new movers. We got out of there a day after, and Motivated Movers went above and beyond their call of duty. more
