When we moved my mother from one apartment to another, the apartment complex offered $100 off of the move. They recommended Motivated Movers and we got a few different quotes before making a decision: Motivated Movers' price was significantly less than the others. My mom was 86 at the time of the move, and the movers could not have been nicer. They were very caring, accommodating, and they put her at ease. The went the extra mile, helping her organize some of her furniture. We ended up calling Motivated Movers again to move another piece of furniture, an entertainment center that my mother purchased. We are so thankful that we decided to use them because they did a fantastic job moving our office of 35 people. Jonathan initially came out to give us a quote for the job. He also had great ideas about how to keep things organized and make it a smooth transition when moving from one place to the other. His recommendations were great and everything went off without a hitch. They took desks and cubicles apart and put them back together. They were very professional, quick, and absolutely motivated. They had a crew of about 20 guys working on our move and I never saw anyone standing around. Everyone worked from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and then came back early the next morning to finish things up. I was very pleased with Motivated Movers. I initially called a few different companies and decided to use Motivated Movers because of their friendliness and availability. They were able to come out sooner than other companies. I also thought that their price was fair. In fact, I expected it to be more than it was. The two young men who came out were just excellent. I was overwhelmed with how nice and pleasant they were. They were on time and very careful with everything that they moved, particularly with some of the antiques. Motivated Movers was recommended to me by a relative. They were very personable, showed up on time, and worked hard. They were flexible in adjusting the time of the move for me because I had to go to a funeral. They were able to come later the same day. They got the job done quickly and did not drag at all. They went beyond the call of duty and did things that were not even in their job description, such as fixing the loose leg on a piece of my furniture. After using them once and having a great experience, I definitely plan to use them again for some other things that I need to have moved. more

I was very worried about moving from my 3,000-sq.-ft. house to a 1,400-sq.-ft. apartment complex. Motivated Movers was awesome. My experience with them was better than I expected. The movers were young men who were in the military and they did everything with the utmost respect. They were polite and asked me questions if they did not know something. When my fridge did not fit, they tried a few different things in attempt to make it work. They ended up having to take it back to the house for me. I cannot say enough about how great they were. I called and spoke to one of the owners, who gave me an overview of the pricing and how things worked. He was so professional that I automatically had faith and trust in the company. By the end of the conversation, I was not concerned about getting other quotes. I knew that I wanted to use Motivated Movers because I was that impressed with their customer service on the phone. Everything went smoothly. The two gentlemen who did the move were very courteous and respectful. Metro Truck Rental referred me to Motivated Movers and I had a very good experience with them. They were on time and brought 3 men instead of 2 to do the move. They were efficient in that they kept moving and did not waste any time. I did have a problem with the refrigerator scratching the hardwood floor, so Motivated Movers came back to try to fix it. I saw an ad for Motivated Movers posted at my apartment complex. I called them and several other moving companies. They volunteered to come out and give me an estimate. Motivated Movers was the only company that could give me what I needed. I had an excellent experience with them. In fact, everything turned out better than I expected. Motivated Movers was referred to me by a contractor I worked with. When I first used them for a residential move a year ago, I was pleasantly impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I have used Motivated Movers several times since then for office moves. Most recently, when I had 1 day to move offices, they worked me into their schedule and moved me that same day. They are knowledgeable about moving all types of furniture. Their crews are physically strong and also very careful with the furniture. They treat your belongings as if they were their own, probably even better than they would treat their own things. Not only did they move all of my furniture from one house to another, but they offered to help me put together some new furniture that was still in a crate. They stayed past midnight to help me with that, going above and beyond what was required of them. In addition, when a furniture company delivered a brand new sofa that was broken in one place, Brian of Motivated Movers saw what had happened and repaired it free of charge. Our experience with Motivated Movers was great. We have already recommended them a few times. The guys who did the move were fast and efficient. They fit almost everything into a 26-ft. trailer. They wrapped everything well and packed the truck tightly. Nothing was scratched. When we got to the destination on the other end (an hour away) where we were going to unpack the truck, we actually had to wait for the people who were moving out. They had started packing their vehicle at the same time that we had but they were not as efficient. The Motivated Movers crew also was nice and polite. They did exactly what they were told to do and if they had any questions, they asked us. Everything worked out better than we thought. I called several moving companies before I decided to use Motivated Movers. The other companies had a 2-hr. minimum and I did not need that much time.Motivated Movers did not have a minimum time frame, so I decided to use them. Also, I found a coupon in one of their advertisements that I was able to use. They were very flexible and accommodating. I work odd hours, so they had to work around my schedule. They came when I needed them and moved all of my furniture from one apartment to another. I also had some couches that my mother was taking to another location, and they loaded those into her truck and tied them down for her. No questions asked. Motivated Movers was recommended to me by a friend who hired them to move valuable antique furniture. I wanted the same care for my furniture, so I hired them, too. They are actually moving us 3 different times because we are doing some reconstruction work. Motivated Movers has been timely and courteous. They have done whatever we needed, including picking up a piece of furniture from another location. They also are very good at geometry and fitting things into storage space. They were able to get our entire old house into storage in the new house. I feel very secure knowing that Motivated Movers is handling the move.
