Absolutely loved the customer care the best their is 4/30/2011

I went in to Motion in Time not knowing exactly what I wanted and I was learning so much about different styles and what's in fashion. They spent a lot of time with me going over different type of watches from stainless steel to Two-Tone and finally to gold. The watch I ended up buying made my fiancée extremely happy, and she absolutely loves it. I want to thank Motion In Time for all their help they take care of you like their own, They give you their professional opinion and guide you correctly, They made a new customer after this purchase. Dishonest and Poor Customer Service 3/22/2011

Bought a watch from them, seems original however find out later thats its a stale watch...meaning they sold the watch with warranty. However when i check with the company find out that the model is actually a 2008 model, so the warranty is no longer supported by the manufacturer. When i checked this with MIT, they say that they will support the warranty through their distributor. Dishonest, difficult to talk to and poor customer service. I buy expensive watches regulary and they have lost a customer and a whole gand of people behind me that could be their customers more

I have nothing but good to say about Motion In Time, they helped me out choosing a gift which everyone loved including the person who it was going to, Gentleman named Ariel Spend time with me and showed me customer service and gave me his honest and professional opinion which I liked very much, not many people do that today. hi readers, i must say i was a bit cautious at first as i saw the watch (HUBLOT AERO BANG ALL GOLD PRICE $25,000) on their ebay store. after calling the shop negotiating a brilliant price, i did the next thing most people would never dream off doing, wire transferring over $20,000 to MOTION IN TIME, Boris was very re assuring in that he would deliver and that the watch was asper description and condition. the watch arrived to me in the UNITED KINGDOM 3 working days later and i was the most happiest customer. i will be giving them my business and i would recomend any one to deal with Boris he was a man of his word and honour!! thank you guys!! more

Incredible first deal done with these nice people 11/22/2010

I've been searching and searching for a watch that not many watch stores carry or said they could order , I noticed online Motion In Time had the watch up for sale, I called them and spoke to a gentleman named Boris, I asked if he has this watch in stock, I asked if he could do any better than the original asking price, He told me this watch is difficult to find and he can discount $400 from the asking price which was beyond reasonable, Considering the fact that I was quoted $600 more than his original asking price, Long Story short we closed the deal and the watch was shipped ups overnight, Watch was Brand new as promised with the covers and documentations and everything that belonged to the watch, Motion In Time just made me a customer of theirs, I recommend anyone to come see them, These are great honest people and deliver as promised, I will see you for coming up holidays. THEIVES AND LIARS 11/17/2010

I PURCHASED A WATCH 5 MONTHS AGO FROM MOTION IN TIME. THEY CLAIMED THE WATCH WAS NEW AND WHEN THE WATCH WITHIN 3 WEEKS STARTED GIVING ME TROUBLE, I TOOK IT BACK TO GET IT REPAIRED AND GOT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. BORIS THE ONE WHO SOLD ME THE WATCH CLAIMED THAT THIS WATCH WAS NOT SOLD BY HIM BUT SOMEONE ELSE AND SAID THAT IT WAS SECOND HAND AND NOT NEW. WHEN I SHOWED HIM HIS RECEIPT HE SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND I BOUGHT A WATCH WELL OVER 6,000 DOLLARS HOW CAN A PERSON MAKE SUCH A MISTAKE AND CLAIM ITS NEW WHEN ITS USED AND DENY THE FACT THAT THEY SOLD IT TO ME. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THEM AND HOPE TO HAVE THIS MATTER RESOLVED BY THE NEW YEAR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE TO BUY FROM. Made my watch look mint !!! 11/13/2010

After hearing so many great things about Motion In Time I decided to bring my watch to them to have serviced polished and the works, I received my watch back from them not to long after looking as if it were new, its keeps precise time and has not one scratch on it after polishing it. I would recommend anyone to come to this shop for quality work. Thank You more
