As soon as I arrive to my appt. there is a service rep. available to check me in and get things rolling. The staff at Moss Bros. in Moreno Valley is polite, friendly, inquisitive as well as helpful while they keep busy. If I need a ride they get that handled too. When the work is done they call and let me know it's finished. I appreciated the fact that they were paying attention & taking action. Good times, I'm a car lover and the folks there are too. I need a team I can count on to do the things I can't. And frankly, I'm more likely to do most things myself than trust anyone else to do it. So I'm not an easy customer. To make a long story longer, I'm satisfied with the work that was done on my car or I wouldn't continue to return to Moss Bros. again & again! BTW, I like the redesign of the facility. more

I am very happy with my purchase so far. I think I made the right decision and I look forward to driving my car all over LA. My salesperson Richard was very helpful, and gave me lots of options. I also like the promotion that they run, free oil changes for life while I own the car (that really helps!). more

Thank you Moss Bros Chevrolet! I had a terrific experience. Rick Seaton, although only on the job just 2 weeks, was very knowledgable, helpful, honest, and kind. I will be buying my next vehicle from Moss Bros. I received an email for a terrific price on a 2013 Chevy Cruze. I didn't know if it was a real price or not. At another dealership, I was sent a really good price quote for another car, but upon arrival, I found it was for a used car even though I was not in the market for a used car. The other dealership was trying to get me into the door, but all they did was proceed in wasting my gas, my time and losing a customer for life. Thank you Moss Bros. for not trying to do the old bait and switch on me. Your honesty has won me over for the next new car purchase. more

Gene Russell was our salesman, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. First, he was friendly, and personable.He worked with us for over 6 hours on Saturday to get the numbers on 2 leases where we needed them to be, with a lousy trade in and minimal cash out of pocket. He accomplished a fast turnaround on a dealer trade for the second vehicle (the Volt), and maintained excellent communication through Monday when we were able to get the second lease signed. The communications and his ability to get the numbers very close to our original wishes were key. All in all, an excellent experience which I will be telling friends and family about! more

What we experienced at Moss Bros. was one that we had never experienced before. The salesman was extremely well informed on the vehicle that we were interested in (Malibu), he was very professional and hospitable. Quite honestly everyone at Moss Bros. were very professional and well informed. We will definitely return for our next purchase. more

Went back and met with Anthony Caridi, and Matt today. They made me feel comfortable and I ended up buying a 2013 Chevy Cruze, loaded. I believe I got a good deal, as they paid off my Envoy, which isn't worth much at this point (I believe I got more than I could have on the street). Although the interest rate is too high (which is the finance companies issue), my payment is really costing me no more per month than the Envoy, because I'm saving that extra $100 in gas. They took care of the initial problem I had there and made me a decent deal :) I'm glad I gave them a second chance :) more

I went in only to buy parts for our truck and found out they were closed. So My husband and I thought since we were up there why not look at the New trucks. We had talked about purchasing a new Chevy Silverado in 6 -12 months. Lo, our sales person, walked around with us answering questions, listening to our wants and dislikes. We were ready to leave when he told us he had one he wanted to show us, a 2011 with low miles. So we said ok, My husband said to me, there is no way we can buy this truck, they want a fortune for it. This was a dream truck he had always wanted. So Lo asked the question. Do you want to test drive it? So my husband and I and Lo took it for a ride. The next question came do you like it, we said yes, but there is no way we can buy this truck now. He said lets go see what figures we can come up with. We told him what we had to put towards the truck and the amount of payment we could do. To our surprise we made the deal. So I will never under estimate what a dealer ship can do with people who care. more

They did not leave until they made sure the deal was done which was after hours. That meant a great deal to me. They have made my experience a good one and I enjoyed doing business with them more

I was contacted by Jennifer at Moss Bros. following a Car Buying service via USAA. In addition, I was contacted by several other Chevy dealers attempting to locate the Chevy Camaro matching my request. Jennifer's quick response, friendly attitude and attention to detail, and especiallly the fact she was able to recite the entire vehicle description and locate this vehicle in inventory, made my decision easier to visit Moss Bros. vice the other dealers. However, after meeting with Mr. Erick Pryer, who also reflected exceptional professionalism and a ""can do"" attitude, my impression of Moss Bros became even more positive. As I was leaving to visit another Chevy Dealer to test drive a comparable Camaro, Nasim convinced me that he would negotiate a promise of a better product at Moss in comparison to the dealer I was about to visit. Nasim's promise and confident attitude to guarantee a better product at Moss ensured me that I would not get a better deal. This solidified my committment to purchase a vehicle from Moss Bros. I was so impressed by the fact that the GM, Anthony, introduced himself and greeted me. Awesome staff, great leadership, and a top line product. more

Hi! I'm new in Mo Val. The gentlemen at Moss Bothers in Moreno Valley provide superlative quality. Every gentleman who interacted with me knows his business. It's no small feat to go through what it takes to purchase a car in Cali! But your gentleman are as smooth as my new ride Mr. Moss, Sr.. I don't have one bad word to say. I cruised into Chevy to have normal maintenance done on my Avalanche. I purchased it fresh off the line. No test drives, no miles, one driver (me). Your men hooked me up with a minimum of effort on my part. Even when I fell in love with my new Vette I have a need for speed & became distracted- I wasn't even looked at twice to pay my bill. Not because I wasn't going to pay but because I think everyone was exited that I was buying a new car! I dig mechanics & car lovers. We all had a great time while everybody was doing their job! Clearly your employees care about their jobs and love cars. They dress nicely, they are courteous but down to earth at the same time. Everyone has a great attitude, good, honest eye contact & body language. They are kind, they shared their own car stories with us as the day progressed. I can also tell that I would have been treated like a lady no matter what I was doing there or what I knew about cars. I watched how others were handled. Everybody in your place of business has a smile. Customers & associates alike. Thank you for presenting me with a pleasant experience. There is more positive things I could say but it was a long day. more

This is the second car that my husband and I have purchased in the last year. Our first car was a beautiful RS/SS Camaro and Moss Bros. did everything I asked of them to find me the exact car I wanted, because I had told them it was a surprise for my hubby. The sales manager Kasey Reneu helped me with the whole thing and I could never thank him enough for everything he did. Kasey was also the one who helped my husband and I purchase our brand new Equinox and we have only had it two days and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT... And once again I could never thank Moss Bros. enough for the purchase of this car. My husband and I will always recommend Moss to everyone. You guys are the best. P.S. My husband and I also live about four hundred miles away from the dealership but I will always return. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN more

This is the fourth vehicle we have bought from Moss Bros. Chevrolet. Our sales person was Michael Jackson. He is the BEST sales person and his manager is also very hard working. Michael and Kacey are the best. We refer to them all the time when someone tell us they are looking at buying a new or used vehicle. These two guys are true leaders in there field.
