I was contacted by Jennifer at Moss Bros. following a Car Buying service via USAA. In addition, I was contacted by several other Chevy dealers attempting to locate the Chevy Camaro matching my request. Jennifer's quick response, friendly attitude and attention to detail, and especiallly the fact she was able to recite the entire vehicle description and locate this vehicle in inventory, made my decision easier to visit Moss Bros. vice the other dealers. However, after meeting with Mr. Erick Pryer, who also reflected exceptional professionalism and a ""can do"" attitude, my impression of Moss Bros became even more positive. As I was leaving to visit another Chevy Dealer to test drive a comparable Camaro, Nasim convinced me that he would negotiate a promise of a better product at Moss in comparison to the dealer I was about to visit. Nasim's promise and confident attitude to guarantee a better product at Moss ensured me that I would not get a better deal. This solidified my committment to purchase a vehicle from Moss Bros. I was so impressed by the fact that the GM, Anthony, introduced himself and greeted me. Awesome staff, great leadership, and a top line product.
