Great store! 7/6/2015

I have been shopping there for 20 years. My husband buys me an exquisite piece of jewelry there every year at a third the cost of any jewelry store. We bought tv`s there, tools,Game system for my daughter. Unique place so many items! I love the thrill of never knowing what you will find in Morris Loan! Love you guys more

I have been going to Morris for years and every time I go in they are friendly and provide me with great service and a great experience. If you need to pawn, sell,or buy anything they can help. Love this store. Check them out for yourself and see what I'm talking about. more

My exp. 8/1/2013

My experience with Morris Pawn Shop was really positive. I came in with a few items, mostly jewelry and everything I interacted with was really positive and helpful. The person who helped me answered all of my questions and offered me a really good price and agreed to honor that price even if I went elsewhere and came back later and to match the price if I was quoted something higher at a different place. I came back later that day and sold my jewelry to him. Morris' offer was significantly higher then the other 3 places I got quotes from.\r \r Additionally, each time I went in I saw other employees interacting with customers and people bringing things in, and everyone seemed really happy and it was obvious alot of the customers were having fun discussing the things they were looking at with the employees. more

Great Pawn Shop 2/16/2013

I read all the nasty reviews below and I just think some people who give bad reviews are not right in the head. First of all, it's a PAWN SHOP. Secondly, its in downtown Canton where a lot of not right in the head people live.\r \r We bought instruments there for our kids and we had a great experience. The prices were fair, the guy who dealt with us was polite and very nice and it was great. If you walk in there knowing where you are and have a good attitude, they will have on in return. \r \r They're not out to screw people. They're a business. They make money providing a service. I can't help it they are the kind of people who give back the medicine that's dealt to them sometimes from these rude mofos who live in Canton. I'm JUST SAYING. more

I have been dealing with this pawnshop for years. Buying from and getting loans. I am shocked to see anything negative. The staff is respectful and kind, but they do not tolerate disrespect or drama, nor should they. They give me top $$ for my items and are very down to earth. Thank you Morris for many years of service. I bought a tv there, a laptop and jewelry over the years, Great savings more

Superior Customer Service 2/23/2011

Today I went in to sell off some old gold jewelry. I had never been there and was a little apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. The staff was amazing. They were all very professional and nice! I would recommend them to all of my friends. I believe "Aaron" was the gentleman who helped me, and he was very accommodating. We had a nice conversation and I left there pleased with what they had given me. Thanks again Morris Pawn!!!! more

Priced for the economy 2/23/2011

I recently took a trip down to Morris loan, after browsing for a while I found some tools I'd been putting off buying. I asked if they would take a little less, I explained about losing my job. They gave me a great deal, ill shop there for all my purchases. Thank you Morris loan. more

I was hesitant about going in after reading a couple of reviews (altough some were very good) but I lost my job and needed cash badly. I brought in my game system and some games and got a pretty fair price on a loan. Payback was really reasonable and although they seem to put up with alot of crap ( if the guy in front of me would have talked to me like that I would have punched him) they were very professional and curteous. I have since used them a couple more time and always get my stuff back the same way I brought it in. Thank you Morris loan! more

My personal experience with Morris Loan has always been of the utmost satisfaction. For every person on this list that's complaining chances are you fall into one of the following catagories. 1) You had unrealistic expectations of the worth of your merchandise. 2) You do not fully understand the pawnbroker business. 3) You may be naturally rude and or obnoxious, in which case they will not suffer you gladly. My first guitar came out of there about 20yrs ago and I maintain a working relationship to this day. Only pawnshop I go to. more

Crappy service at Morris Loan on Tusc in Canton 12/21/2010

I was at morris loans with a friend today and they were so rude to us. I have never in my life been anywhere and experianced such horrible service. they treated us like we weren't even human not potential customers. Shame on you Morris Loans. you should be out of business. more

If you feel like being ripped off 9/29/2010

One time I took in a game to see what they would offer. I saw the game marked for $40 while I was waiting. I told him I wanted $20. He wouldn't offer more than $5. When I confronted him about the difference, he took it off shelf and told someone to change price to $15 to try and low ball me. I went back a few days later, still $40. Sold the game for almost $25 elsewhere. Would recommend to someone I despise. more

I sold some gold at Morris Loan. They were very kind and understanding when I said I wanted to shop around. I came back to Morris Loan because they gave more than anyone else in town. Nice people , fair prices. more

morris security 4/15/2010

In response to tommy n. I am a licensed security officer who was working at morris loan when you came in. you admitted later that compressor was broken when you brought it in.It fell and almost hit my foot. you did not inform me of broken handle even though injury could have resulted. It is a miracle it did not break the glass showcase.You refused to leave(you must not have been afraid). The police made you leave filed an incident report and said if you ever returned you would be arrested. Like the police officer said u only told 1 side to the story. People raised their voice when you were trespassing and refusing to leave after almost injuring me with your concealed broken handled compressor. more

Long time customer 4/15/2010

Being in construction and laid off alot I have been going in Morris Loan for 15 years. They have helped me out when I needed it and always been fair with me. I have always been treated with the same courtesy I have given them. I have seen people give them alot of crap and they do not put up with it. I shop there and get loans. more

Helped me out 4/15/2010

I had cancer and lost my job. I pawned all my jewelry because I couldn`t get disability. Morris loan held my jewelry for a year without being paid because they new my situation. Salt of the earth people. Walk in and threaten them or try to screw them over I am sure you will see another side. more

I have been going to the shop for many years. Always helped me out and treated me with respect. I have seen people get in their face and they don`t put up with it but I have also seen them help hundreds of people including myself. more
