I recently went into Morris Loan to pawn a bracelet. I didn't need the money, I just didn't like the bracelet and it was purchased for $200 so I figured why not. The staff is awesome and polite, except there is one irate woman who works there. She is an older blonde, and she tried to rip me off by giving me a $20 bill and telling me to sign her paper. I told her she could not have it for $20, very politely, and she began cursing at me and told me not to come back into 'her' store. She actually THREW my item back at me, and kept my ID. I had to ask another employee to get it back from her, and let him know how much I appreciated him not throwing it at me. Without her there, I would hang out all day looking through all their awesome stuff to buy.
PROS: Nice staff, lots of unique stuff
CONS: One irate employee who has no class, manners, or professionalism.
