Morris Pawn Shop

This past week, I visited the pawn to simply look around at what they had to offer. While walking into the shop I was greeted by a blonde haired woman violently screaming at some customers. She referred to them as ?morons?, ?uneducated retards?, ?douche bags? and a lot more! As I tried to browse through the shop silently I was quickly called upon by this woman to ask what my thoughts were on these individuals. I blankly stared at her knowing this was not my place nor were her actions even remotely appropriate. I quickly left the shop and would advise anyone else looking to visit or considering to do business with them, NOT TO. No one deserves this type of treatment. more

My girlfriend had a ring that she wished to sell. These guys offered her $20 for a solid gold diamond ring! When she said that she couldn't accept that, they responded with insults! They insulted her intelligence and forced her out of the store! How a store like that could stay in business is beyond me! STAY AWAY!! more

MORRIS PAWN IS A HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!! My wife and I went in there to sell an item. Upon inspecting the item, the man DROPPED IT and broke it. Then goes "well, we don't want it now..." Of course he didn't want it. He BROKE IT! I demanded that they own up to what they did, and only got numerous insults and threats from all of the employees there. They threatened to call the police, and I let them to prove to them that I did nothing wrong. The officer came in and the lady who claims to be the owner started yelling at him and he had to tell her to back off! BOTTOM LINE IS: If you're looking to sell something, or buy a second hand item...stick to garage sales, flea markets, and eBay. Morris Pawn is a waste of time AND money! more

I had a guitar amp and an effects processor that I did'nt need any longer and thought I would sell it for a little extra cash. When I took it them in to try selling them a guy behind the counter plugged the amp in and said "It does'nt work". I asked him if he was sure that it was plugged in and got an insulting reply. Then he hands back the amp and throws me out of the shop without even checking BOTH ends of the power cord. When I got home I checked it out and found that the cord WAS loose on the amp side. So I was treated rudely and as if I were some cheating lowlife for THEIR oversite. I will never again deal with these people and would advise anyone else with any self respect to also boycott these judgemental idiots. more

I like shopping at morris pawn it has exceptional deals and the employees spend lots of time talking to you about your purchase. Like any other bussiness they are out to make a profit and their line of bussiness brings in lots of crooks and they just need to be extra carful with the items thy buy off people. and also watch out for thieves that want to steal heir merchandice. awsome stuff decent deals. more

I Went to morris pawn to look for an engagement ring. I will never shop at jewelry stores again!! They even bought my old broken jewelry. Excellent service. I will be back at Christmas to buy a guitar for my son. Great selection. more

i was hurting for money and did not want to sell my jewelry. they gave me a loan and i got my jewelry back. very understanding staff. lots of great items in the store. more

I recently went into Morris Loan to pawn a bracelet. I didn't need the money, I just didn't like the bracelet and it was purchased for $200 so I figured why not. The staff is awesome and polite, except there is one irate woman who works there. She is an older blonde, and she tried to rip me off by giving me a $20 bill and telling me to sign her paper. I told her she could not have it for $20, very politely, and she began cursing at me and told me not to come back into 'her' store. She actually THREW my item back at me, and kept my ID. I had to ask another employee to get it back from her, and let him know how much I appreciated him not throwing it at me. Without her there, I would hang out all day looking through all their awesome stuff to buy. PROS: Nice staff, lots of unique stuff CONS: One irate employee who has no class, manners, or professionalism. more

Upon having to go to a pawn shop and being a little leary and a bit embarassed I was very pleased with the customer service here at Morris Pawn. They were very curtious to all customers and also polite and understanding. I have reccommended them to any family and friends in need of this type of service. more
