Our AC was giving us problems and after some hassling (finding a company within our budget) our duct work was replaced with this company. Jay was sent out and did a phenomenal job. He went above and beyond and finished the job in one day. During our inspection with the county the inspector stated it was one of the best jobs he had seen in his 10+ years of doing so. His partner Rob or Ron whatever wasn't so hot. He seemed a little too preoccupied with his phone and his personal problems. I hope that management speak to him about his nonchalant attitude. Jay did most of the work and probably missed time with his family ensuring that mines had air which I respect. He was just truly amazing. If I had to recommend the company I would advise only sending Jay. In the long run your customers would be happier. Also update his name in the system it took me forever to find him.
