Car Shipment 4/5/2012

Delivery of the car was good. Estimated pick up was Tuesday was picked up on Wednesday. Delivery was set for Thursday and it was delivered on Thursday. Driver was suppose to call ahead but did not call until he had already arrived. My only complaint is bad communication. more

Car Transport 3/26/2012

Was shipping my car 3,000 miles away and Montway was very efficient on setting up my car transport. I booked the transport on a Tuesday and the next day the car was picked up. Although, I wished I had more notice in the original pick-up date, I was very pleased with the overall experience. Car was picked up and delivered across country within 10 days. During the transport of the car, My mother went into the hospital and the driver worked with me to help make it easier to pick up and deliver the car. Very appreciative of the respect and flexibility displayed by the driver (Jimmy). I'll definitely use them again. Thanks! more

Everything went as expected. Montway Auto Transport booked, picked up and delivered my car promptly. I would use them again. I contacted the driver several times, and he answered the phone everytime. I never had to leave a message. more

adequate service 3/23/2012

My car was shipped without any damage for the right price. The coordinate and timing orchestrated by Montway really sucked though. The subcontractor picked up the car outside of the window I gave them for when I was available. Luckily I planned for that. Oh well, I guess it was a small price to pay to have my car safely moved. more

Check them out! 3/23/2012

They did what they said that they were going to do. My vehicle even arrived earlier than estimated. I was pleasantly surprised. I had to call for a dispatcher just after normal business hours and they took my call, answered my questions and didn't try to rush me off the phone. And, the pricing was very reasonable. I would, and in fact alreday did, recommend them to anyone that needs to have their auto transported. more

Excellent shipping experence with Montway 3/22/2012

We had a great shipping experience with Montway Auto Transport. We shipped a car from Arizona to Minnesota and commend them on their communications, clarity and timeliness. Shipping like this is a little scary for those who don't do it often (us) and Montway took the scary factor away completely. We had the car faster than we had hoped, and the driver was great to work with. We understood what was going on at all times. We will definitely use Montway again and highly recommend them. more

After hours of research on the internet for auto transport price quotes, Montway Auto Transports online quote was the best out there. There website is very user friendly and the whole process to set up shipping of a vehicle is quick and painless. My vehicle was picked and delivered on time. Trustable company 3/19/2012

What I liked about Montway was the way they communicated and kept their word about pick up and delivery times. When I called the company I spoke to a person, didn't have to go through a bunch of recorded voices before I spoke to someone, and the person I spoke to was helpful. They emailed when they said they would to let us know about pick up times, they called us to give a confirmation of pick up and delivery times, and the truck driver was friendly and was careful with our car on the trip from WI to MA. It was so easy to use this company - would definitely use them again. more

Had an overall great experience with Montway Auto. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a great price quoted within seconds after answering a few basic questions about my transporting needs on Montway Auto's website. The entire order process took a few minutes and I was contacted a few days later with the exact time that my car was going to be picked up. The dispatchers (as well as the driver) stayed in constant communication and gave precise time frames as to when the car would be delivered. A great, professional company! I will definitely do business with them again. more

Extremely easy quote process. By far the lowest quote on the market. Responsive staff on the phone and website chat. The driver was Jiri from Jiri Autos LLC. He was very accommodating to necessary time changes for pick up and drop off. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with this service. We would use it again in the future. more

Montway is outstanding! 3/17/2012

I used Montway to move my baby, and by my baby, I mean my collectors quality Ford Thunderbird Convertable... lol... I moved it across country, from Las Vegas to Connecticut. On the pickup side, my friend was the one they were picking up from, he is a Police Officer and always really critical of people, and after the car was picked up, he called me and said "You have nothing to worry about with this company, they were very professional, it's in good hands" and that meant the world to me. Montway Auto is top shelf! I placed a shipment request on uship.com and Montway Auto was the first to bid on my car shipment. The bid was for almost two hundred dollars less than any other bid I received. Montway had great feedback on the uship.com site, and was in good standing with the BBB. They also had sufficient insurance coverage for the transport. Montway was always available when I emailed/called and always had the answer. They contracted the transportation out to Auto Movers, based out of North Carolina. Wesley, the driver of Auto Movers was on the West Coast in CA. He picked up my cars 3 days after placing my order with Montway Auto. Wesley was kept me in the loop the whole way cross country (he was bringing my car from California to Georgia). He even got here a day early. By far, Montway and Auto Movers made this transaction easy and worry-free. I highly reccommend this company. more

Montway Auto Transport lived up to its reputation 11/30/2009

Choosing a transport carrier is a very difficult decision. I never realized how many carriers existed until I needed a vehicle transported. I began by selecting a few instant quote websites which send you multiple bids. From the choices I received I went to the BBB and checked out the ratings of various companies. I was shocked to read some F ratings or to see 15+ complaints in 1-3 years time span for others. Montway was the first that came up with 1 complaint in the last 3 years and to have won an award for no complaints in previous years. Also, I read some reviews on a website Uship that rated them very high. I contacted Montway directly and saved a couple of hundred dollars off of the bid I received from the multisource website. They (actually they contracted out to the carrier Star Fleet) picked up my vehicle within 2 days (on the day I requested!) and delivered my vehicle to me within another 2 days (Colorado to Michigan).
