Worst

I used the uShip website/Application to ship a brand new compact vehicle from Boston to San Francisco. The original pickup/dispatch date was 12/28/2015 indicated by Montway and Us...

Ok..but beware the final cost 7/1/2013

Overall, the service was performed and the car delivered in a timely manner. HOWEVER, there was an increase in the final amount due that was not disclosed before actually meeting to pick up the car. Customer service at Montway told me that someone was supposed to call or contact us about the additional cost...but no communication was ever made. So, satisfactory but not completely happy would describe my impression more

Very pleased with my experience 6/30/2013

This was my first experience shipping a car and I couldn't be happier. I called Montway before booking and spoke with a representative (without having to wait) who answered all of my questions. When it came time to book all of my questions were answered and the process was explained to me. Once a trucker was assigned to my vehicle, I received an email with their name and approximate dates of pickup and dropoff. The trucker called me the day before pickup and we were easily able to find a place to meet near my house for pickup. The trucker was very professional and efficient. He called me a few hours before dropoff and again we were easily able to meet and take delivery of the vehicle. There was no damage to the vehicle and I was very happy with the entire process. Montway also has a nice website that answered many of my questions, which I appreciated. more

I would use them again 5/12/2013

I am a customer not an employee. I did a lot of research on shipping companies and heard horrible stories about their experiences. Reviews like customers getting bottom low prices and then raising them a couple hundred dollars because the 3rd party shipping company cannot ship at such a low price. With Montway, they have a fixed quote price that will not change. I talked to Elena on the phone and she gave me the rundown. They quoted me in the middle of all the other quotes I received. I told her it was important for me to have my car shipped on a specific date and was flexible on when I received it. I called the dispatch on the day it was suppose to be shipped and they said they were able to pick it up within 30 minutes of me calling. It was great news. The car was suppose to arrive on the 6th but did not arrive until the 8th. They said the truck broke down and they were running behind on schedule. Overall good company and always answered their phones with details. more

I was recommended to Montway by friends and booked them to ship my car from the AZ to MA. Experience with Montway itself was good; I had to change my ship date and they refunded my deposit the first time I cancelled. Since they are a broker, this review is also for the actual trucker, illini that moved my car. Took a day more than given estimate of 10 days but no damage to my car and had good paperwork. more

I shipped my Honda Accord from CA to NJ. They shipped it within 5 days which was really needed to me.I appreciate the truck driver for updating the location details all the time and delivered as agreed with out any damage to the car. more

My experience with Montway was very good, the company they hired to ship my vehicle was less than stellar though. First let me start out by saying that my experience with Montway couldn't have been better. They were able to give me the best quote out of everywhere else i looked, and are also one of the top rated companies on major transport review websites. When i would call them with a question, i was always greeted with a friendly staff member who was happy to answer my questions. I also received many emails along the shipping process. Now this is where the review goes a little south. The company they hired to do my shipment was not very professional at all. While they did get my vehicle to me in one piece, they were very difficult to reach on the phone. On the estimated date of delivery, i tried calling the shipper to find out where he was at and when he was expecting to arrive. I was unable to reach the shipper for over 2 hours, i had left multiple voice mails and none of them were more

I recently had my Mazda Miata shipped from Tennessee to Florida. Montway provided me with estimated pick-up and drop-off dates and they were spot on! Communication was excellent throughout the entire transaction. Excellent experience. I would definitely use Montway again! more

They were right on with dates and locations of the shipment. They picked my car up right by my apartment in San Clemente, CA on a Wednesday and dropped it off at my house in Aurora, IL by Tuesday. I will definitely use them again. more

I had an appointment with Montway with Order# 37924. They managed well to keep up the time for pick up from Dallas to dropping of in Libertyville IL. The service was very good. I had to postpone my date of pickup, it all happened on a call.\r The driver was efficient on his time of pick up. There was no delay for any reason. \r \r I highly recommend to USE Montway transport...\r Thanks Montway, you made my life simpler in car transportation. more
