Review content:
Choosing a transport carrier is a very difficult decision. I never realized how many carriers existed until I needed a vehicle transported. I began by selecting a few instant quote websites which send you multiple bids. From the choices I received I went to the BBB and checked out the ratings of various companies. I was shocked to read some F ratings or to see 15+ complaints in 1-3 years time span for others. Montway was the first that came up with 1 complaint in the last 3 years and to have won an award for no complaints in previous years. Also, I read some reviews on a website Uship that rated them very high. I contacted Montway directly and saved a couple of hundred dollars off of the bid I received from the multisource website. They (actually they contracted out to the carrier Star Fleet) picked up my vehicle within 2 days (on the day I requested!) and delivered my vehicle to me within another 2 days (Colorado to Michigan). They even delivered it to me on Sunday morning wh
