I am a customer not an employee. I did a lot of research on shipping companies and heard horrible stories about their experiences. Reviews like customers getting bottom low prices and then raising them a couple hundred dollars because the 3rd party shipping company cannot ship at such a low price. With Montway, they have a fixed quote price that will not change. I talked to Elena on the phone and she gave me the rundown. They quoted me in the middle of all the other quotes I received. I told her it was important for me to have my car shipped on a specific date and was flexible on when I received it. I called the dispatch on the day it was suppose to be shipped and they said they were able to pick it up within 30 minutes of me calling. It was great news. The car was suppose to arrive on the 6th but did not arrive until the 8th. They said the truck broke down and they were running behind on schedule. Overall good company and always answered their phones with details.
