Mobile One Detailing

Do not let these guys steal your hard earned money or take advantage of you! These guys seem to be professional and reliable over the phone but are nothing more than liars and scam artists! My husband spilled paint in the trunk of his jeep and they sent someone out at 7am Sunday morning who took 30 minutes to inspect and assess the damage. He told my husband he would have to come back Monday at 7am to take the jeep to the shop where he would have the tools to do the work and that they needed to get this paint out ASAP if there was any chance of doing so. No one ever showed up Monday and when my husband called to see what was going on, he never received a call back and all of his calls thereafter were ignored. I called from a different number on my way home from work and the guy on the phone claimed he had been trying to call my husband all day which was a lie and then proceeded to tell me they ordered and overnighted a special chemical that will remove the paint and they would be back Tuesday, yet they had no intention of calling to tell us this. Tuesday came around and they never showed up and never called. Now the paint has set and hardened and we are going to have to have the interior of the trunk recarpeted. These people are scum bags who don't even have the decency to tell you upfront they can't do a job so they schedule an appointment and never call to cancel or return your calls, rather make up lie after lie if you're lucky enough to catch them by calling from a different number. more

Mobile 1 did a great job on my SUV polishing and getting out multiple scratches... very good pricings and extremly happy with how it looks. We will be using them from now on. I would recommend. \r more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!!! \r I bought and paid for a detailing in October using my VISA. One week after the detailing - which was a horrible waste of $350 - they hit my Credit Card two more times for $3,500!! The claimed it was bookkeeper error, but refused to refund the charges and then told VISA the charges for $3,500 were legitimate. \r \r DONT LET THEM STEAL FROM YOU - there are too many other choices in the area... more

Always pleased by these guys! Just bought a brand new Caddy and the first thing that happens is it gets hit with a buggy in the Kroger parking lot! Hearing about the great job these guys can do with scratches, I gave them a call and we set up an appointment for the following day. I was so amazed that they could get such harsh scratches out! The Caddy is back in mint condition and i have these guys to thank for it! The owner and crew are very nice and professional and they will definitely be getting more of my business in the future. more

Thank you mobile 1 detailing! You guys did a great job getting the scratches out of my paint! I tried anything and everything to get the scratches out and nothing worked. Mobile 1 had the highest quality products to get all the scratches out and they were also able to get the red juice stain out of my back floorboard effortlessly! Mobile One Detailing did an outstanding job detailing my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu! The paint on it is black and my two kids do a great job of putting scratches on it when it's sitting in the driveway. I let Mobile 1 come out to detail after doing my research on the company. I've got to say that the pain looks better now than when it did when i bought it brand new. These guys are amazing! Thanks to these guys, my car is in tip, top- looking condition for the summer! They got all the scratches out of my car that i tried and tried to gt out myself! I loved that they came to me instead of me having to drive to a shop to get it done. I purchased a gift certificate from living social for this business. I made an appointment with them on 5/30/12. At noon they said the detailer was on his way. He never showed and i never received a call to have my appointment rescheduled. What a jerk...and i had a $50 tip waiting for him. After calling the shop the next day i was told that he probably didnt show up because he is contracted by them to do some of their work and he gets a percentage of the amount charged. Since the gift certificate was half off they contractor decided to do another job that was not covered by a gift certificate. I rescheduled my appointment for 6/4/12 at 7:30am only to be stood up again. I have called and emailed with no answer or response. Very unprofessional!!!! I can understand having to reschedule but they dont have to avoid their customers. more

Got my husband’s truck and boat detailed for his birthday! Everything turned out great. The boat is ready for the summer! I knew it was a big request but one of my girlfriends’ told me they would a good job. It’s very true! My husband and I are happy with the outcome. We’ll be calling Mobile 1 Detailing sometime soon. more

We tried to use Mobile 1 Detailing and got BURNED ! They produced have of what they said they would, then promised a refund for the balance of which never came. You can get Mobile 1 Deatiling to detail your car if you want, however I strongly suggest taking your loose change out of your ashtray for they will surely take it and whatever other valuables you may leave inside. Colyn, Justin, Jason and whatever other name the one man shop may call himself is a CROOK ! more

I upkeep my car but about twice a year I get my car fully detailed especially waxed so the car will last. I’ve been getting my car detailed by Mobile 1 Detailing for a few years now. They do a great job every time. I recommend Mobile 1 to family and friends. Great quality and service! more

I called Mobile 1 out to detail my car. After seeing my car the technician suggested he wanted to work on my headlight lenses because they were yellowing out. I have tried a few things myself and it didn’t work out. I told the technician that he could try because I’d rather not have to replace them. It took them about 2hours to detail my car. They did a phenomenal job! My headlight lenses look great! Thanks Colyn you saved me from having to replace my lenses. The car looks great! more

I have never had my car detailed by professionals but recently I’ve been too busy to do it myself. I got referred to Mobile 1 Detailing, so I called and set up an appointment. Scheduled appointment on a Tuesday and when they had not arrived contacted their office and was told they had van problems. Person answering the phone offered to come and clean my vehicle but clearly he was trying to talk me out of having my vehicle cleaned due to rain, therefore, I agreed to re-schedule the appointment for Friday. Friday came and no one showed. I called numerous times with no return phone call and no one ever showed to detail my vehicle. more
